We operate a rec site campground in the Kelowna area. My wife and I each had 2 sweaters ordered.
The sweaters themselves are good quality.
I placed the order and my wife picked them up. They did not go through the order or artwork with my wife and sent her on her way.
When she got home, I noticed our names were not on them and we had paid for it. No fun in a custom order without the custom names.
When we contacted them, they just said to bring them back in and it will only take 5 minutes to do the names and that they would be ready to do them right away when she came in.
When the sweaters were brought back, it took much longer for them to start adding the names and the person was in training and had to ask someone to help them.
We paid a little under 400$
Drove 1 hr to pick up, 1 hr back,
And then again for the mistake. Not to mention the minimum 30 minutes wait to get it fixed.
Between gas and time, just saying "I'm sorry" just doesn't make me wanna come back or use them for anything else I need throughout the year.

No my wife did not go in to complain after your business screwed up, she went in so you could at least fix the mistake you guys made.
It's not up to the customer to be like "hey you messed up, what are you gonna to to fix it and make up for lost time"
You as a business owner should take responsibility and make the effort.
As a campground operator we have given away free bins of wood, as good gestures mean more than "I'm sorry".

But none the less now, since your not happy with the review you got, instead of again taking ownership, you tried to turn it on the customer and take away from the fact you guys screwed up.

We had nylon transfers done for our merch through Brand Central, and they absolutely delivered. Super quick turnaround in just a few days, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Rude employee, Renee. Uninformed on T-Shirt sizing which came out wrong. When following up if my order was ready I got "well have we called you, cus if not it isnt ready and you should be patient", and then I never got a call when it was done (it was late)
