I just purchased a 2025 Ford Escape from Brant County Ford, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I want to give a huge shoutout to Mike A and Mike C for making the process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish.

Both Mikes were professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle. They answered all of my questions, never pressured me, and made sure I was completely comfortable with every step of the process. Their customer service was top-notch, and it's clear they genuinely care about their clients.

I’m absolutely loving my new Escape, and I’m so glad I chose Brant County Ford. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Mike A and Mike C – they’ll take great care of you!!

Can't say enough about how good my experience was at Brant County Ford with Paul Tavernese. I went in on a Saturday and within about 10 mins Paul had me out on a test drive.

When I picked the Maverick I wanted, Paul found one on order in Ottawa. He kept me updated every step of the way. Most relaxing new vehicle buying experience I've ever had.

Working with Paul was a 10 out of 10, will highly refer him to friends and family.

I have been to this dealer many times for routine service. Usually everything goes well. Today they were polite, accomaditing and in good time. Only complaint is small charges on bill. Got recommended air filter which was a good assessment. I asked price because I usually look after this stuff and buy online. They were $15 to $20 more for exact filter, fair enough. I asked for then to leave it on seat no problem. I got an environmental fee charged on the filter as well so now $25 to $35 more and tax. Small amounts but I feel they can do better. They washed my truck and topped of washer fluid which is great I just feel they can do better. I will continue to use this dealer but monitor my service. Thanks

Sold my buddy a 2019 ram, nice looking truck. Until the motor went and they refuse to do anything about it. Claimed he’s over his warranty, 69days and 4200km into a 90 day 5000km warranty. I’ve never purchased anything here, nor will I.

Had an awesome experience at Brant County Ford. Michael Chamberlin was a total gem—super patient while I took my time figuring out what I wanted. I can be pretty picky, but I ended up with a Maverick Hybrid XLT and honestly, it’s hands-down my favourite vehicle I’ve ever owned. Michael really knew his stuff, answered all my questions, and helped me feel confident in my decision.
