Friendly, courteous and definitely neighborly. Great staff at this store and the management I have met are very helpful too. I won't be too specific as to how, lest they should be inundated with similar requests but, they did go the extra mile for me and I appreciate their helpful attitude. Last time I checked, their loose cans of beer were also a bit cheaper than a very nearby competitor! 🙂 Please drink responsibly and live to enjoy it again! Thank you Brock Centre Liquor Store.

I love the staff here, they are normally all so friendly. I had the most horrid experience tonight with a staff member. So blatantly rude. For a staff member to be so rude to a customer is just beyond me. I asked her name because I was going to bring it to the owners attention she told me “go to the manager” with such a rude disrespectful tone. This was all infront of my child, I don’t intentionally bring my child into a liquor store, I’m the only parent. So unfortunately she came on an errand to get stuff for my Neighbor. I can honestly just say I will not be stepping foot into the store again.

Love the selection! Way too much to choose from. I am visiting from Ontario. There are a few favourite companies that come from BC that I buy in Ontario BUT there is so much more to their lines when in province. I like that it’s all there! Staff has been friendly & helpful. Lots of parking & in a good plaza. Very clean & definitely organized well.

Went in wearing a crop top and got told that I was not allowed to wear this shirt again if I were to come back. And yes, my "areas" were all well covered and it is a regular style of crop top. Last I checked the sign said "No shirt, no shoes no service." Apparently there is a differing value in shirt. If you are a curvy women, expect to be body shamed here.

I just bought a case of beer for myself and picked up one for a friend but when I got home (5 minutes away) I realized the one I got for my friend was wrong. It was Keystone Ice (Quite the opposite), not keystone light as requested. Immediately I went back and asked for the correct one but the girl who works their all the time didn't remember me from 10 minutes ago. They always ask if you need a receipt and I usually take one but the last few times I have been declining the receipt. I'm pretty sure she remembered me as I go there often. She was very unapologetic and strictly sticking to the no receipt no return policy. Always getting a receipt for now on for everything!!! I did buy it on my debit card and will likely be able to print that off my bank statement on line but am pretty sure they will have a policy against that. I think maybe she has some personal issues as there was no one in the store but she couldn't even take a second to think it over. I said I won’t be back then and she said ok as if there are plenty of customers out there.
