When first entering the building it has such a warm and cozy feeling. The room itself has quiet music and is very inviting. Tim asks pertinent questions, makes sure that you are comfortable and explains first before he lightly does any alignment move. He is easy to talk to and you truly feel that you are in a safe place. His knowledge of how the body functions and what system or muscle, for example is out of place, is truly amazing to me! I will recommend Tim to all of my friends 😄

Both Kayla and Tim are amazing at what they do ! I developed a pinch nerve in my neck after having my son in summer of 2021. Going to both Kayla and Tim for monthly treatment they were able to fix it and it went away! I am forever grateful for both of them as they keep my body in tip top shape. Also it is extremely relaxing each time I go ! I highly recommend these two great people. I have told all my family and friends about them.

For the last year at least, I have only been able to sleep on one side due to muscle pain and tightness. In the last 3 weeks, I've had tension headaches that resulted in blurry vision and fatigue. After one treatment by Tim and his osteopathic work, I slept on the side I hadn't slept in, in ages! The tightness in my neck and shoulders is almost gone... I'm standing taller and straighter than I have in so long.
I'm so grateful to have a local solution that is long term. Tim was professional, explained his process, explained the reasoning behind each technique, and most importantly, took the time to listen.

My first visit, and I was impressed. The ambience was nice and the place was neat and clean. He was very thorough in his assessment and took his time to do a full body assessment that was related to the issue, not just the issue itself. He was very knowledgeable regarding cause and treatment of my issue. Would definitely recommend for sure.

Completely relaxing, and helpful for my back pain. Started seeing Kayla after my last massage therapist stopped her practice, and I am happy to say I won’t be changing anytime soon. I’ve seen her husband, Tim, as well, and though I was nervous at first, I had no reason to be. Amazing experience with them both 😊
