I had my truck at Brown’s for an oil change June 10, 2025. It was a most pleasurable experience as I was treated so well by everyone that I interacted with. Andy, Craig, Sherry, and Trevor, were all just totally awesome. I was even acknowledged by Sandra, Steve and Rob, who took the time out of their busy day to say hi to me. Just a wonderful group of people at Brown’s who feel like family to me. I would also like to point out that Andy is one smart dude who should be getting paid more than he is. Thank you Brown’s for your excellent customer service. I hope to see you all again soon.

This is my 2nd car I’ve purchased through Browns. First one was a brand new Dodge 2021, then I traded her in for my 2024 Chrysler! The experience with Browns is always so lovely! Very friendly staff, and don’t mind having my little guy being a toddler while working with me. Even let me size up my car seat in the various vehicles to ensure I got one that worked for me and my family.

Even though I never purchased my truck at this dealership, their willingness and commitment to step up and honour an issue involving warranty coverage was not only appreciated but commendable. Upon my scheduled arrival, I was greeted by Ron from the parts dept before meeting with Geoff and Craig in service. The required work was performed efficiently and perfectly. The next day I even received a follow-up call from Geoff to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. Steve was so welcoming and kind. There were numerous items to repair on my truck, so after chatting with him, I spoke with Craig at Service and Andy at the desk, so a plan was made, work orders made and truck went to the shop where it was repaired as quick as possible. I booked a last-minute appointment and the shop was very busy, so I was happy they snuck me in. Naturally, I had to wait a little bit because of my last-minute booking.

Tennille At the parts counter, found everything I needed, especially some much needed mud-flaps. Once everything was found, the technician was very kind and went over a few of my repairs.

I would like to think all of us are always concerned about cost once our vehicle is on the hoist. Steve, the manager and Andy at the service desk were very aware and were very active at repairing items properly and at a timely fashion.

After paying my bill, I realized how nice it is to have somebody with a great smile and very kind at the front desk. The young lady there was very cheerful and that is so special to see.

All in all, I had a fair bit of work done due to wear and tear, so I’m back on the road. Thank you, Browns!

After being a loyal customer for over 14 years, I've always received good service. However, the experience I’ve had with my most recent truck purchase and the service I received last week is completely unacceptable. Keep in mind, I paid extra for full warranty coverage.

I was misled about the options that were supposed to be on the truck. When I brought this to their attention, I requested my old truck back, but it had already been sold, leaving that option unavailable.

The truck has had several electrical issues, and while they've resolved most of them, the key still doesn’t work properly, leaving me stranded at times. They haven’t been able to duplicate the problem, so I’m left constantly worrying whether it will start.

What I find most frustrating is the ongoing issue with the shocks. I’ve brought the truck in twice already, and last week, the dealership recommended upgrading to Fox shocks, claiming the shocks on my Rebel aren’t of good quality (Bilstein aux reservoir shocks) the best dodge offers. I’ve already spent $2,600 on airbags in an attempt to improve the ride, but now the truck just bounces, and without the air suspension, it bottoms out. Over the past year, the ride quality hasn’t improved at all.

When I spoke to the service manager and expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns, claiming the shocks were fine. He test-drove the truck with 15 PSI in the airbags ( note * I had released the air before entering the service bay and when I picked the truck up it had 15 psi in the system so I know he did air up the system) , so of course, it didn’t bottom out like I had complained about. When I pointed this out, he refused to listen and was firm in his opinion. When I mentioned that I might need to go to another dealer or manufacturer, his response was simply, “I guess you’ll have to do that then.”

I am shocked by the arrogance and lack of customer care in his response. Because of this, I’ve decided not to purchase the new RHO or rebel X I was considering.
