I recently bought a new 2024 F150 from Bruce Ford and had a great experience through the whole process. My first interaction when I came in to talk about ordering a new truck was with Alain. Alain was very friendly, listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to ensure that I had ordered exactly what I was looking for. Alain was always responsive to any questions and concerns I had while waiting for the order to arrive and putting up with my constant inquiries. As we got closer to the delivery date, Alain went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting a fair and reasonable trade in value for my old truck.

When I arrived to the dealership to pick up my truck, I met with Nathan. Nathan's friendly demeanor was welcoming. Nathan went above and beyond and treated me as if I was working with him the whole time. Nathan took the time to walk me through the new features of the new vehicle and answered any questions that I had.

I encountered a few minor issues with the truck. Both Alain and Nathan were quick to respond to my concerns ensuring that the necessary steps would be taken to ensure that those deficiencies were corrected in a timely manner. I have nothing but excellent things to say of my experiences with both Alain and Nathan, both members are committed and dedicated to ensuring that the customer's needs are addressed and they are getting exactly what they are looking for. Great job Alain and Nathan and I appreciate the great customer service that I received with the purchase of my new vehicle!

I received top-notch service from Bruce Ford in Sep 2024 when my 2014 Ford Focus developed a transmission fault. Bruce Ford mechanics soon determined the fault was under extended warranty and I was contacted by Lynn Spinney, Service Manager, who took over the contract on my rental vehicle, sped up delivery of the part, and kept me informed at all times. When I got my car back within a week it had been vacuumed and washed and, most of all, I was able to return the rental car at Bruce Ford, saving me enormous trouble! Thank you very much Lynn and Jessica and Bruce Ford for such pleasant and exceptional service.

Absolutely do not recommend they do not care about their customers what so ever. I have a 2022 for escape lemon nothing but issue, and confirmed today by one of the VP that in fact it is! I have went to Ford Canada created a case general manager of Bruce ford the VP and even the president of the auto group who didn’t even have the decency to reply to my email… zero solutions offered other then a huge carry over on another vehicle. and everyone passing the buck to other people… once this lease is up and I can get out of it I will never get another vehicle from the auto group and neither will a few others. Shame on you guys… absolutely horrible

The service department leaves a lot to be desired! This is directly to do with the mechanical side not the service advisor or Lynn Spinney Service Manager, even though it’s her job to follow through in the event there is an issue They say that I am constantly pushing back after service repairs are carried out. To put it in simple terms when you charge what they do at the Service Department the service work needs to be a step above what a small repair shop does! Multiple returns for service issue’s use the warranty klm’s of the customer not to say anything about inconvenience & lost time from work or fuel costs!!

Bruce Ford needs to step up its game and this is unfortunately my last trip to this dealership as a customer starting with Fundy Ford back in 2001.

The worst experience with a service department I’ve ever had at a dealership! They can’t answer phones or return voicemails. I dropped my vehicle off for service and put the keys in the drop box. Upon pick up service personnel said I didn’t drop the keys off, more like you didn’t check the drop box for keys and didn’t have enough common sense to notice my trucked parked outside their main door all day, or phone me to check. I would have told them they were there the day before if they answered their phone or returned my multiple voice mails I left. They will never have my business again and I will ensure I go out of my way to not recommend them to everyone if that’s how they run a service department!
