We shopped here and when we wanted to return an expensive product that we had overlooked, the girl at the return desk was incredibly rude. She blamed us for not looking at the price. You make money thanks to the customers, but you employ rude people. This is my second time there, I will never go again.I saw the picture that another people complained about her

I’ve been coming to B Trust many times because I love shopping here. The prices are more affordable compared to other grocery stores. However, I’ve noticed that the customer service from some staff members could be improved.

I understand that not everyone may be fluent in English, and that’s okay. However, a simple acknowledgment would make a big difference. During one visit, I had an issue at the cashier when my card didn’t work after swiping. I tried to explain the problem, but instead of helping or responding, the cashier just rolled her eyes, gave a big sigh and did nothing. It made me feel as though I was at fault, even though I just needed assistance.

B Trust, please train your staff to communicate better with customers, good customer service should be a priority. A little effort to assist customers, even with basic communication, would greatly improve the shopping experience.

Be careful! We are royalty Customers, we order goods every single day and expense a lot money for a month. When the manager gave me mushrooms box with discount such as royalty customers and the manager told the guy helped me to carry it to customers service. He told that it is cost with Discount and when I paid everything and I checked the receipt shown the price on regular $$ I came to complain and they told me the price is regular price. I said how come ? It is not make sense And then they called manager.
He said price is discounted for me . Please Don’t cheat customers. Please be careful and read receipt be careful before you leaving. They will make up the price by themselves and get money from you. Don’t trust anything and have to look at the screen. Be careful this location. Don’t let them cheat up !

Obligated to put 1 star because I can’t give ZERO. To the male in the meat section: fix your face.

My dad was trying to get anyone’s attention to buy meat so he knocked on the glass. I then looked up and this male just stared straight at me for like 10 seconds. It looked like there was absolutely nothing behind those eyes. He yelled at my dad, “Why did you knock on the glass?” And my dad replied that he was trying to buy meat.

Now I’m pissed. I understand that he might’ve not seen my dad standing there and that my dad could’ve been more patient. My dad straightaway apologized and this meat counter man was still staring at my face as if there are absolutely no neurons firing in his brain. That angered me even more so I had to explain to him that my dad wasn’t being malicious, he was just trying to grab anyone’s attention.

It was such an annoying experience and I’m not surprised that other people are complaining about this place’s lack of customer service.

I’ve never been so enraged grocery shopping in my entire life.

Also, the selection is so-so and there’s way better places to shop at. What a mistake coming here on a whim.

Absolutely terrible cashiers, there’s been multiple occasions where they have thrown my items as I am waiting for them to finish scanning . They try to rush you off even when it’s a slow day, however they don’t assist with bagging. I notice this behaviour a lot with their younger staff on multiple occasions.They also don’t take accountability when you mention it to them. I’ve been coming here for years so I recognize most of their regular staff.

There’s a girl today who was working the first register, wearing a grey shirt. with medium length blonde hair, just zero care with handling any of my items including fruits and vegetables and I asked her to not do so. She persisted anyway, and further handled my items more aggressively than she already was, they usually provide fruit sleeves if you’re buying items in glass bottles, she did not even try to ask
. She assumed I was paying with card (all payments are accepted) and when I said I am giving her cash, she continued to slam the cash register to give me change.

Sure it’s a one stop shop for groceries, but they aren’t too keen at even just the base line of providing decent customer service. If you do not mind this, I guess that’s fine. There are a few similar places nearby, where at the very least they can ask if you need a bag. Produce quality and prices are comparable as well (i.e. Blue Sky)

I appreciate the wide range of products available at the store. Whether I'm looking for Asian or Western goods, I can always find them easily and conveniently organized. It's a fantastic place to purchase fresh produce, bakery items, and other food essentials.

Here is a tip when you buy fish or seafood. When they weigh it to price it make sure they don't weigh it in the paper bag. It adds to the weight. Don't take no for an answer. It's will cost you an extra 5 bucks.

Bought some fried chicken today and it tasted funny. It tasted rotten. I'm not sure why, because it's supposed to be freshly cooked the same day. I'm not quite sure what to make of the place since I'm a new customer there.
