The past few times I have gone here has not been great. Lately every weekend I have been told they don't have any milk teas which is a huge disappointment. Do they not sell them anymore? Or do they keep running out of milk by the weekend? It's still on their menu.

Also, service was awful. After making eye contact with the staff member as I entered I was ignored for several minutes afterwards. Side note, there past few times there is always some guy chilling in the back, which just feels like the significant other and not a staff member. However, this is just an assumption, but if that's the case it is not appropriate. Overall the vibes are unfriendly and not professional.

I feel really bad writing this review, but based on the service I was given today I feel like I should share. Today during my lunch I decided to stop in to the Bubble Tea Hub. I walked in, two others were in front of me and ordering. When it was my turn to order the lady working said, "Sorry, I can't take your order. I have to leave. Come back in 20-30 minutes. You have to go."

I left feeling very demoralized. I am honestly not sure why the people in front of me where allowed to order and I wasn't. It was embarrassing being refused service. I've stopped by the tea hub multiple times in the past and have given them glowing reviews to my friends and family. I want to be supportive of all local businesses in town, but it really upsets me that I took the time on my lunch to come to this shop, and my time, and money was disrespected and refused.

This is not how you treat people that are trying to support your small business, and its not how you conduct yourself to customers. I do not know why they had to leave for 20-30 minutes, and its none of my business why, but maybe next time lock the door and put a sign up that says, "Be back in 20." That would have been the kinder thing to do, and would not have felt so personal.

I do not plan to come back to the Bubble Tea Hub. Not after the service today. There is lots of places in town that will happily take my order. It is too bad though because I really did enjoy the tea.

With everything said though, I do honestly think this business really has something good. I think the product is amazing. But for me no amazing drink is worth being treated how I was. I hope the business owners learn from this mistake.

Went there and for the first time, and had the blueberry cheesecake and omg was it ever good. Could not stop drinking it. Definitely will be back to get another one.
