Amazing, friendly, and quick service. Found the wiper blades I needed replaced super quick, installed them for me on a wet wintery day, and even replaced one wiper free of charge when it broke off the car about a week later. Very happy with the customer service, you guys are awesome.

Very helpful and can usually find what your looking for at a decent price in comparison to some things from other stores. Had a swing bar hitch when no one else did so didn't need to order and wait on one. Thanks so much guys, always so friendly when I stop in.

They were the only parts store that was able to find common parts for my car. I have a good relationship with the owner. Never had any problems with Brian's, just the parts manufacturers or the warehouse supplier. They for some reason cannot seem to send the correct break hoses . I don't know if they stock the left as ide parts into the right side bin but bit is certainly annoying when you order a part from 3 different businesses and the same thing happens.
What I like about them is that as I do research on something, the staff take the time to address the concerns and they comprehend what I'm saying.
You don't get that from every place in town. Some don't even carry parts for vehicles that are over 15 years old. This is why I just call Brian's .
