I need batter for generator and last one sold mins before. Sales person got on phone called Strathford store and had the one they had sent to Montague store and I picked up this morning. Great service. Very courteous

I like this place overall... The one thing that is somewhat disappointing is the "shop equip.fee" ,added on top of the labor fee, for small 10-15 minute jobs such as putting a tube in lawnmower tire.
It's like going to a restaurant and getting fee added to your bill because the cook used the grill and fryer to cook your burger...

Brought our new snowblower in (Only used 3 times) for an auger belt replacement; 2 days ago. My husband dropped in to see if it could be looked at. Wayne was very helpful and wrote up a work order after we dropped it off. Picked it up today and got it home. Rolled it off the truck and started it up. Put it in reverse (no problem) then in F1 and pop!! The drive cable broke. Drove it back on the truck very carefully as it was now in the fastest speed. Brought it back and Wayne saud he would take care of it. Unfortunately, no fault of his...the cable has to be ordered and there is a delay coming in from Ont. So I ordered 2 cables. This way if it happens again (which is possible as it is a common occurrence)...we'll be ready.

Great customer service especially for 2 newbies to the country living and snowblowers. Covid-19 protocol is strictly followed as well, which was great to see.

Spent a ton to have work do e to my mower, noticed parts missing when I picked it up ie cotter pins and cup holder, called them up and was told they were not responsible, terrible customer service, didnt even call to let me the quote what was needed just went ahead. I'll be staying away from them for a long time
