The shop itself is charming—lots of adorable gift items like tea towels and baby presents that make it worth a browse. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the flower arrangements were a letdown.

I ordered four $20 bouquets for my kids’ dance recital (ages 2 and 4), and what we received looked more like $5 farmers market bunches. Even after combining all four, it still resembled a basic $20 grocery store bouquet. I called to double-check if the order had been done correctly, and they confirmed it was.

To add to the frustration, I had a credit on file that couldn’t be retrieved at checkout, so I had to eat that cost too.

If you’re looking for flowers that feel special or worth the price, I wouldn’t recommend this spot. But if you’re after a small gift or something cute for the home, you might find something you like.

I have made Burnett’s my go to Florist for many years and they have never ever let me down. They continue to provide absolutely amazing service along with the most beautiful arrangements one could ever wish for.
This past summer I ordered wedding flowers from Burnett’s for my niece (from Australia) and they were absolutely stunning. Right from the beginning they were able to work with the photos I sent them (I live out of town too!). They provided communication, affordability and were very accommodating with any small changes I made.
Picking up on the wedding day was completely seamless, everything was ready and on schedule. All the bouquets held up beautifully through out the day, even with the soaring temperatures of 35+ degrees!
My niece loved the bouquets and I received so many compliments on the flowers, everyone loved them!
It was an absolute pleasure working with Galena. I would highly recommend Burnett’s, not only for wedding flowers but for any occasion!

The bouquet was beautiful and several days later even better because more flowers had opened up. My wife was very pleased as it was her birthday. I ordered the flowers late afternoon and they were delivered before noon the next day. Very impressed with their flower selection and delivery. Totally recommend Burnett's!!!

Located at the central street of Kelowna, a wonderful place to explore.
They have beautiful bouquets and many other cute souvenirs. Close to cashier you can find wonderful handmade jewelleries, and a very kind lady. The owner of the shop is making these astonishing handmade copper jewelleries.
The prices are unbelievable for such artisans.
I highly recommend a visit to this shop for souvenirs or carrying a memory of Kelowna.

I have never ordered flowera before and it was a special day for someone i appreciate a lot; i live in Ontario so I gave them a call the day before the event and they helped mw through the entire process. I ordered a premium bouquet, the flower selection was on point, they worked with the exact colours i wanted. I also ordered local chocolates and biscotti, everything was excellent. They even called the receiver ahead of time to make sure they would be home which i thought was a great geature. They sent me the receipt via email afterwards, itemized. Thank you, Galana, you were very helpful!

I would HIGHLY recommend this shop if you are looking to place an order for a flowers. I recently placed an online order with a request they easily accommodated, and helped me to coordinate a delivery that would surprise someone. (I do not live in Kelowna and she was great to point out the flower might freeze if left outside during the winter so they coordinated a better drop off time in the day and still kept it a secret so it worked perfectly). Galena was fantastic, she quickly reached out to me to communication the best way to surprise her with a flower. I was very impressed how much they were willing to help to have a special day for someone, and just how good their communication was. If you are looking to get a flower and make someones day I would recommend this shop as Galena and the team made it happen!

Needed just one rose for a first date. They had the little water containers just on end to keep them for days. The girl loved it and I was a happy camper. Very helpful and knowledgeable about other pretty flowers as well.

What I bought and what I got are two very different things.

I don't expect that a floral arrangement will be exactly as pictured. And their copy states as much: "The flowers in the image are an example of an arrangement with modern styling, they are not the flowers that will be sent." Got it. Didn't expect perfection.

However, their copy also describes this as "a little modern twist. Our designers will pick our most fresh, perfect blooms and craft a Modern arrangement that is truly unique."

The first thought I had when these flowers arrived (a gift I sent my husband for doing a great job at work) was, "Wow that looks like a fake flower arrangement I bought for my nana at the dollar store when I was eight." Not modern. Not unique.

I put a coke can next to it to show scale. Paid for the premium version of the bouquet ($80), the highest version you can buy. So I'd be sad to see what the standard or deluxe look like.

The marketing photo shows a white vase. The actual bouquet was delivered in a little green plastic container. (The white bowl next to it is what we ended up sitting the thing in so it doesn't look so sad.)

We live in Kelowna, and it's June. Peonies are quite literally everywhere right now. But the focal flower in this "modern" arrangement is... a gerbera daisy? Two roses. For the *premium* version of the bouquet. What they put in this bouquet are literally the cheapest flowers you can buy - I'd do better going to a grocery store for flowers.

I won't be ordering from here again. They need to update their photos to properly set expectations.
