Dr. Richter is incredible! She looks after my family. Any concerns are addressed with care & some even proactively to avoid future issues. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because getting through to reception to book an appointment is extremely frustrating at times. Very good service when through & in.

This doctor (she) should go back to the US, in my opinion she rushed her clients with taking true care and concerns whether it's a physical, emotional or mental issue.... My daughter needs help, time off work and care for her mental/physical health. With all the talk about mental health you'd think she'd care more instead of brushing it off to the side . There's also a need of having the knowledge of Canada's (Ontario) ability for a doctor to help a client take time off work when the work place it's self is trying to help to care for my daughter (so thankful for them all) . Shame on you doctor for being so uncaring and lazy!!!!

My Dad had a stroke and the doctor from this practice oversaw him and changed all his drug dosages. His heart problems returned and his sugar levels went nuts. It took a year for our family doctor to fix it.

Getting through on the phone is like winning the lottery. Sure, everyone has a chance, but rarely do you win. It's also concerning that important results from medical tests are missed or ignored, leading to trips to the emergency room instead. Thumbs way down!

This place is the worst. I need to get a refill on my prescription but it requires actually going there instead of being over the phone like it SHOULD be. It’s unprofessional, annoying, and ridiculous.
