Today was my first time at Cactus and I was really impressed! The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly and I was happy with the price of my new phone. She was also extremely patient with an elderly woman in front of me who thought her current iphone didn’t have GPS. The customer wanted to buy a new phone but the employee took the time to explain to her that there was no need for a new phone, showed her where to find her maps app, how to use it and saved the address for her. The customer apologized and the employee told her that it was no problem and she was welcome to come in anytime that she had questions. Thank you for helping me but more importantly thank you for being so honest and kind with the elderly lady, we need more of that in the world!

Staff are well educated on the models they carry. Price is a bit much but the astounding level of service makes up for it in spades. These are the people you need to talk to about cellphones if you have a question.
