Great choices of goods. Hope you will have more sales so I can come back for more. Minus 1 star for the unpleasant service of the staff. I was looking for more shirt choices but the staff just said to look for it myself and pointed at a certain aisle. Then he saw a good looking guy and offered him a much more pleasant service.

This is regarding the worst shopping experience in “cK Canada”, mind well I have no hate against any race, caste, community but ever since you have hired Persians in cK VMills your customer service quality has dropped, there have been couple of incidents with this particular senior persian lady, most of the time, I have decided to let go considering her seniority. But today I saw her treating people of her own kind very well whereas ample amount of rudeness with brown people. I sincerely had a query regarding my item, but she was very eager for us to leave the store as soon as it was closing time. I mean i am not trying to enter store for shopping at closing time, I was already inside patiently getting ready to checkout with my question being answered. I left the store in utter anger and clearly her supervisor was not even bothered.

Really Bad and Horribly as super Terrified ?sooo ridiculously slow only 2 cashier as staffs as maybe more then 30 people or over customer waiting to pay their shopping!! ?️ 1/10 Really BAD!!! The staff is pretty slow like a snails ? or a sloth ? come on keep up the paste ain’t standing here for freaking long Hell NO!!

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of visiting the Calvin Klein store at Vaughan Mills Mall to return a blouse purchased for my wife. The blouse unfortunately tore after just one wear, and I was unsure if I would be able to return it since it had been worn. However, thanks to the outstanding assistance provided by the store manager, my experience turned out to be exceptional.

Upon explaining my situation to the store manager, she displayed an exceptional level of empathy and understanding. Not only did she reassure me that returning the blouse was possible with the receipt, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.

Moreover, I would like to commend the cashier's efficiency and friendliness during the return process. Despite the unexpected situation, the cashier handled the transaction with utmost professionalism and courtesy, making sure that I left the store satisfied with the resolution

I will rate this store service 0 because we entered the store when it was 10 min closing and we said we just here to pick up as we already shopped and the Manager (Kim )was so rude and abusive and commented ‘ silly people’.
