We were visiting Banff from New York for a couple of days and visited this store during that time. I forgot the name of the lady who assisted us, but she was very patient and helped my husband to try different styles and colors and gave us details about each of them. We thought that the flagship store at Calgary would be having more variety compared to the Banff downtown store, but we were wrong. This store also has quite a good amount of collection and very nice staff to assist. They also have Cold room which was temperature controlled and my husband tried 2-3 jackets and the lady adjusted the temperature as per his request to test the jackets. Quite helpful to pick the right one.

Came in on a super cold Saturday. Admitted to knowing nothing about their jackets other than them being warm. Was given info on the different types of jackets and guided to the perfect one for my needs. Came back the next day so my husband could buy a jacket too. Super happy with both our purchases and appreciated the guidance of the employees.

Caroline, thank you for all of your help when I brought my friend who was visiting in October. We needed to buy a ladies' parka. As soon as Caroline knew what we needed, she went inside and found a new one of the right size. We are so grateful! I don't think we found the right one in Calgary. Thanks to Caroline and the manager's understanding, the store did an exchange. No questions asked. Big hands to Canada Goose staff in Banff.

Gigi-- I still think you're lying to me about the temperature rating on my jacket! I kid... the warmth this thing keeps is unreal. Thank you very much for your assistance during our visit to Banff in September. You brought us jacket after jacket, vest after vest, we must have tried on every jacket in the store. My wife and I got exactly what we were looking for.
Can't say the same for the other female salesperson (name unknown), seemed like she was eyeing us up and down and judging if we would make an expensive purchase.

Poor service. Felt judged for my attire, which is a shame because I was going to purchase a jacket until the salesperson was dismissive. Asked if they had one in a certain size and they shrugged and said “probably not” without any sort of checking. Seemed reluctant to give information on the jackets.

I will instead buy one from the Vancouver location.

Caroline was so lovely who helped us choose a few jackets for me and my mom. we had lots of chances to look, try on, and get good feedback. she answered all our questions and really helped make the shopping experience go smoothly. hope to come back!

I am a visitor from hong kong. I bought a parka as a gift for my friend in calgary store and came for exchange in the banff store. Caroline is really helpful in helping to find the right style and size. Tho i didnt make the original purchase here, this is byfar the best shopping experience i ve had in canada!
