The Canadian Barista Institute and the instructor were incredibly accommodating and understanding of our hectic schedules, going above and beyond to ensure we could attend the training sessions. The instructors flexibility made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The curriculum was comprehensive, covering everything from bean selection to espresso extraction techniques, latte art, and customer service and more. Each lesson was delivered with clarity and enthusiasm, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply.

As a teacher, he was absolutely fantastic. His passion for coffee was contagious, and his teaching style was engaging and informative. He took the time to tailor the training to our individual needs, patiently answering all of our questions and providing clear, insightful instruction.

Thanks to his guidance and expertise, I feel more confident and capable in my coffee-making abilities. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. Highly recommend!

Have just completed the 4 day, coffee owners and barista training workshop with Jamie. For anyone thinking of getting into this business or who is passionate about coffee should do this course, the wealth of knowledge Jamie has and will pass onto you is unmeasurable.
I now feel a lot more confident in my business choice and ability, but also know what areas I will need to change and work on.
Jamie has also given me many contacts in the industry who will also assist. I travelled from central America to take the course and feel it was well worth the journey, would also consider sending staff members on it once up and running to ensure the same high standard and skill sets can be maintained by them.
