Fraude !!! Acheter le 12 novembre ma commande est marquer in process et 6mois plus tard je n’est rien reçu !! J’ai écrit 4 fois à la compagnie on me dit qu’il arrive . La dernière fois je l’es est menacés avec une plainte pour fraude et il m’on dit que j’allais le recevoir cette semaine sa c’est il y a 2 semaine . Une compagnie de pas fiable !!

Dans le site mon achat est toujours " in process".La dame au téléphone dit que vas arrivé. Plusieurs courriels sans réponse. J'espère que je ne pas perdu mon argent 😢😢😢

This company is not meeting any of their delivery commitments. My order was placed and fully paid on Sep 6th. Initially Sep 21st date was committed, later communicated that their maximum delivery time is 20 business days. They promised to deliver on Oct 6th. No direct contact by telephone is possible to discuss with the Manager Zalman and he never respond to e-mails. Only you can contact the office phone and they will pick up occasionally. No response to your voice messages. On Nov 6th, they surprisingly told me that the item itself is not received in their office, however 15days prior to that they confirmed me that the material was shipped and shipping label for pick up was registered. However after several follow-up phone calls, they delivered the material only on Nov 14th. If you are planning to get the items without any specific delivery date from this company, then you can order it. If you are planning to gift to someone for a specific date or to any family functions, please think twice before placing an order.

Placed $4000 order Jan. 2024 after waiting 6 months with no delivery I asked for refund. Every week I called and they promised a cheque would would be mailed out on Wednesday and would never show. After another 6 months of that I called very angry and demanded my money back or will take it to court and they FINALLY issued a cheque hat showed up a couple days later.

the gold I ordered and paid for in jan. 2024 is now worth $1000 more today but I did not get that profit because they are a very shady business.

I would have bought 10's of thousands of dollars more of gold and silver off them but they failed to deliver the first time around.

Almost a year has passed since my order was placed. All phone calls lead to “just a little longer” replies. Will file a small claims lawsuit if this is not dealt with in the next few days.

I have purchased from this dealer multiple times for a couple of years. Every time I have to wait a month or so for "In Stock, ready to ship" item. In April 2023, I placed an order for a large order (again "In Stock" items). Today marks a whole 8-weeks / 40 business days without any sign of shipment. I called 5 times and each time the lady who answered the phone said she would talk to the manger
I WILL NOT buy from this dealer in the future. They are not a scam, but the communication and turn around time is just not there. And since you already paid upfront for the coins, they are not losing anything, you are.
BTW, I have purchased from other dealers and most of them ship within a month. For the difference of a couple of dollars per coin (gold), I would rather have the precious metals in my hands a month earlier than keep calling Canadian Bullion.

Update 2024-12-24: I thought I would give them another chance after many months because there is this specific bar that I want. Ordered on Nov 11 and still no sign of it. Called 4 times and each time was told it would be shipped "next Monday".
AU Bullixx shipped within a week. Not to mention Costxx that shipped within 3 days. DON'T BOTHER with Canadian Bullion!!!!!

I've had a terrible experience with this company.

I ordered an ounce of gold. Then I waited, and waited... I waited for 4 MONTHS. I called a few times, only to receive the same repetitive excuses, such as "We'll try and get your order out as soon as possible," or "We are currently experiencing high demand, and your order is in our queue." The lady on the phone was nice, and I'm sure it wasn't her fault. She is not to blame for this.

As I began to regret having anything to do with them, I called and asked to have my order cancelled. However, the refund process was equally annoying. I was told that I'd be mailed a cheque, but after a 2 MONTH delay, I called and, to my astonishment, the cheque had not even been sent.

It took nearly a week more until I was provided with a tracking number. Received the cheque shortly after.

2 months to write a cheque is insane. Who knows how much longer it would've taken if I hadn't called.

Initially, I had been told that the shipping estimate was between five to twenty business days. This nightmare dragged on for six months.

The seemingly consistent lengthy waiting times prompt me, and other customers, to question the management of this company's funds, which may be getting temporarily invested to gain a profit instead of promptly fulfilling orders.

In light of this, I'd strongly advise you to STAY AWAY. Either the person who manages this place is doing a god-awful job, or it is some type of shady scam.

I ordered my second shipment in January (it’s now mid- March), called a couple weeks ago to let them know I am leaving the country and need my order asap. They said they would talk to the owner and get back to me, they haven’t. The worst part is I recommended these guys to my mother-in-law, who also ordered at the same time and hasn’t received anything. Collectively, we have paid them almost $12,000 and we have nothing to show for it. Very disappointing.
