Edit: the employee seemed more pleasant and personable the last time I went in. Thank you. :] I think sometimes they get overwhelmed and stressed if it's super busy.

The employee that occationally does jewelry has been consistently rude and snarky to me. I am in customer service so I understand it there's rude customers. I am not rude to her at all. She has said something isn't gold that was later checked and it was. It makes the business seem a bit sketchy. All the other employees are friendly and inviting.

Service that this place is terrible. Selection is terrible and the value of everything there is cheap or broken before Purchase. They will buy stuff off for a lowball price and sell it for triple the price.

As far as customer service employees are very rude and Inconsiderate and the

manager is even worse.
Completely embarrassed me in front of other customers and turned his back on you without finishing conversation and Brush me off I (HIGHLY)suggest not going to this place as it was one of the worst experiences You should absolutely you know, give them your business.

i was in there this morning to buy a laptop for school, i had amazing service and left with a better laptop than i was expecting to leave there with. The staff were very friendly and helpful thank you so much its the second time i buy at this hockshop and i leave a happy person every time

I work in a neighboring business and I'm in the Hock Shop 2-3 times a week to buy a minimum of 3 dvds. I've noticed that you've increased your inventory but you've removed a sale that you had on them. I spend quite of bit of money on dvds and would appreciate it if you would bring a sale back. You customers would appreciate it. By the way, your staff is amazing, friendly and always courteous. Thank you.

Helpful staff, fair pricing on most things, some of the electronics seem to be AMV but I don't know if they had extra storage or other accessories that could increase the price.
Great place for cheap movies and games, great selection of retro consoles and titles
Lots of instruments and audio equipment and an extensive jewelry and coin department

Whoever was working the evening of August 12th in the area where you can sell you items was insanely rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason walked in with a product and he waved his finger at me and said NOPE the second i walked in the door, a simple "sorry we don't take these" would've sufficed.
