From the moment we checked in to the time we left, the staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms offered plenty of space to relax and unwind. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations with a great variety and quality. Truly, this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!

I booked this hotel not knowing much about this brand of hotel. But based on ratings, it seemed good. ||I was heading to a funeral in a nearby town and phoned the day of and let them know of my situation to see if I could check in early, and was greeted on the phone by friendly staff who said my room was ready to go. ||I arrived, and the staff checked me in quickly and efficiently. Had some friendly conversation and realized the manager and myself were actually heading to the same funeral. The staff while checking me in printed me a map right to the location I needed to go to without even having to ask. Gave me good advice on how to get there. When I arrived in the room, there was even a sympathy card from the staff.||Got back from the funeral and spent some time in the hot tub which was quite large and comfortable. The area was clean and neat and was relaxing.||Beds were super comfortable, and the room was clean. The walk in shower was super nice, a bit of hall noise around 10pm but after that it was all quiet. Had a great sleep.||Breakfast was amazing, tasted like home-cooked food, was nice they had banana loaf and Poppyseed loaf as well as your usual breads. No oatmeal, but the rest of the food made up for it missing.||I was able to charge my PHEV there using the hotel plugs, which was nice. They also knew where the Level 2 chargers were in town. Found Melfort a super friendly town and hope I can visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay, our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I scored 4 because their site states the jacuzzi suite sleeps 4 adults but it doesn’t. We had to change rooms which went very smoothly, just disappointed as we really wanted the separate suite and jacuzzi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The woman at the front desk with the amazing multicoloured hair was hands-down the best front desk clerk I have ever encountered. She was gracious and accommodating and her people skills were top notch. As a fun side note, after I got home, I planted the complimentary seed bomb that I received at check-out, and it is happily thriving in a pot in my windowsill. Thanks for everything!

Check in was fairly fast. Room was nicely appointed for those who need to stay a few days, with a fresh modern feel. Comfortable bed & pillows. Location was good as there is a Boston Pizza and Timmys on the lot. I would stay here again

Breakfast was good. Room was very adequate - comfortable beds, quiet, well "equipped", and clean. Desk attendants were friendly and helpful. Kudos to Bhavpreep (sp?) for kind comments.

My dad and I stayed here due to my dad's Bible school friend passing away.

We called ahead to see if we could check in early. Jenna who answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early.

We also met the manager, Sherri upon arriving and she was also extremely friendly and helpful.

We got to our room and the staff left a condolence card in the room.

Beds were comfortable. WiFi was good. Breakfast was delicious. Service was Top Notch!
