Never had a bad experience here until the other day… I really enjoyed going to this store, and I even travel extra distance to go to this canna cabana specifically because of the selection and the staff. My mom and I had some Christmas shopping to do so we came here and we were very surprised when the employee who served us was following us around the store and sighing. She had a horrible attitude towards both of us and her nasty comments caused us both to spend much less. I work in customer service so I know it can be frustrating but there is no excuse for her behaviour. I hope when I return I can either get the staffs name and add it to this review or not see her at all and get served by the long hair guy who always helps me with no issue.

good amount of different products, they didn’t have the cart i wanted even tho it said they had it on the website, the man was helpful but didn’t go above and beyond and their prices are the best or the worst. have a feeling their products sit in the back a long time. there’s lots of other stores in the area id rather go to

The girl with the excessive makeup needs an attitude adjustment! I felt I was annoying her by the way she spoke to me and I wasn’t asking a bunch of questions or anything either. I was nothing but polite to this young lady, so I’m not sure if another customer made her angry or if she was just having a bad day? Regardless I won’t return knowing I could perhaps run into the wicked witch of the west mountain.
