I feel sorry for the owner of this store. I've been to ten or so different locations for Canna Cabana, and this store has the laziest staff I've ever encountered.
Either there is a sign on the door that says back in 15, or one person is helping seven customers while the rest of the staff just stands around and if you ask them for help they tell you to wait for the one person helping everyone else.......... I don't have 25 minutes to make a 2-minute transaction. A vending machine would do a better job at serving customers than the staff at this place.

My partner was purchasing products and, while she was doing so, I received a phone call. The employee told me that taking a call in the store was illegal and that I must leave to do so. I did leave to take the call, after questioning the legitimacy of it being "illegal". She became annoyed and told me that it was both a federal and provincial law that I was not to use my phone in the store. I've researched online since leaving and have found nothing to suggest that this is a real law.

I can't entirely trust a retailer that isn't informed and transparent about industry laws vs store preferences.

Saturday 4, around 730pm shift.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a cannabis store. I was kicked out for entering with someone without ID (he was kicked out which is reasonable). But I, with several forms of government ID was not served because of this. 1 - if I was going to buy cannabis for an underage person I would not be STUPID enough to bring them into the store. 2 - I can literally just come on another day or on another shift or any other store at any time.

So this store is basically saying that if you know someone who is under 19, you can't enter the store of threat of giving it to them. Absolute nonsense. (we are both 23, and he was actually even older than I was.)

I don't want some empty apology and I see that I'm not the only one to experience this. I was insulted in this establishment.

Incredible customer service from Devan!

I came in and they were short staffed as it was only him, and on a day that was very busy everywhere.

When I came in, I was the 7th customer in line but I can honestly say that I didn’t wait that long, which is already amazing.

But the other thing that I really appreciated was how Devan treated every single one of us.

Every single customer that came his way he treated with absolute care and with excellent customer service.

10/10 would come back just for his customer service. Give the man a raise!!!

Curly Haired manager has terrible customer service skills, no empathy, and is condescending. Everyone else who I dealt with was great, but unfortunately I will not shop here again due to the cocky manager not having an ounce of understanding.

Disappointed and a bit unnerved by my interaction with the woman working today. Wasn’t greeted and asked for ID in a curt manner, didn’t ask us what we’d like or anything before asking me if the woman standing outside with three minor children (all under 5) were with me. I told her no and she tried to double down and say I can’t buy for minors. THEY WERE SMALL CHILDREN. That woman was waiting on her husband to finish buying his weed products from the store, yet he wasn’t questioned, because the woman outside happened to be the same complexion as me, she assumed we were together. It’s not illegal for parents to watch their small children outside while the other parent buys. But to assume because we’re both women of colour, that I was with them is disgusting. Learn to do better with your customer service. I live in bow valley, been solely to this location for years. I’ve never been treated that way before, very telling from your reviews that you guys lack tact and training.
