The staff, amazing, the product selection, fantastic. Upon walking in, you're greeted with a bright, clean atmosphere that is well lit and let friendly. They just put a kiosk in, and it is amazing! Their prices are among the cheapest in town, and the price match to boot! Not to mention that the staff has an incredible amount of knowledge.

Definitely will be my main go to shop as it checks all the boxes.

All staff members at this store have such an amazing energy, the knowledge and the enthusiasm is amazing and the way the store is set up your able to see everything as soon as you walk in, taking advantage of the membership prices and getting really good deals on everything and if your feeling a bit savvy you can even opt for their “elite membership” which helps even more with the savings. I hopped on that train right away, this is my go to spot and i live all the way across town 10/10 will definitely recommend to my friends, family, and even my dog as they are pet friendly!:)

I really do love Canna cabana The staff in the atmosphere is wonderful. My only issue is with there is That there isnever any pricing. When I asked about this, I was Asked” Well, what’s your budget?” .. I find that unacceptable.
I just want to be able to see the prices on all of the items so that I know I’m getting the best bang for my buck instead of just relying on employees most of which don’t remember brand names or prices.
A book or a simple price tags would fix this problem. This Particular Canna cabana has been open for months and months now and still can’t get it together. Are all the cabana stores like this?

This place is poorly run. There are always pricing tags scattered around the cases, never lined up with the actual product making it impossible to see how much anything is. The staff hang around in the back and don't know when there are multiple customers in the store making long wait times, and they don't really seem all that knowledgeable about the items they offer. For some reason a lot of items don't scan properly , making a longer wait for others in line. The products they offer are very good and they do carry a decent selection of stuff it just feels chaotic shopping there sometimes.

My experience with Cabanna has usually been pleasant. There are some issues with the store like never and I mean never having an updated Binder handy. I know shopping for products would be so much easier and faster. I am sometimes in that store for more than 20 mins trying to find what I’m looking for because the website is never accurate either.
The staff is friendly enough but they do have one person who clearly has social anxiety and doesn’t have the best social skills which can make things uncomfortable at times when dealing with them.

I also had a horrible experience tonight with them, I was given the wrong product. I have never had to look at my products before leaving the store as they are usually on top of that aspect of the sale.
I didn’t realize they don’t scan there products for transactions. Which I think should be a thing in the future because human error does happen.
I showed a photo of the product I wanted. I don’t smoke it and this is how I know what I’m needing for my spouse.
I showed the product and explained I have to have indica and not Stavia.
I go ahead and walk to the cash as he is grabbing my items. The debit machine is down so I go get cash and come back and pay for my items. I say no to the receipt and leave the store with my purchase. I literally live around the corner. I drive home and hand my spouse the bag of items.
He asks did they not have the product he was looking for or any indica in the store. I say yes I showed the photos and he said he gave me what was on said photos. It was far from what we asked for.
I go back to the store. My recipe was still on the machine from my transaction. Showing what a short time frame it had been.
I explain this wasn’t what I asked for and showed him the photo again. He said he remembered and indeed grabbed that item. The item I got and the item I wanted were right next to each other in the display case. Human errors happen. It’s perfectly fine to make a mistake. He walks to the display cabinet, looks at the products and explains he indeed remembers grabbing the correct product. I asked him what did the receipt say ? He says he manually punched in the product I wanted. I said ok that’s a shame it wasn’t scanned because you would have seen it’s not what was given to me.

This product wasn’t opened. It was a 10 minute purchase. My husband asked what the big deal was. The worker said it’s more complicated and he shouldn’t exchange a product that left the store. I explained it was only 10 minutes, my husband was irritated at this point explains we shouldn’t have to pay for a human error and this is ridiculous. We could just swap the products as it’s the same pricing etc. again saying he doesn’t understand what the big deal was. The worker again explains he knows he chose the right product, which was insinuating I had some ill intent in returning this product for some sort of gain. I felt about an inch tall at this point. The worker opens the display case: changes the product and tells both me and my husband we are now banned from cabana. Now I spent a lot of money in this store, I am always an understanding customer.
I had even spent an extra 20 minutes with another customer helping translate his language into text
To allow the worker to understand the gentlemen to make a sale.
And now because of human error on there fault and my husband calling them out for the error. We are banned.
It could have been handled a lot better than this.
And it’s mainly because the worker couldn’t admit that he had given us the wrong product.

This is not usually my go to store. Once I went in and thought the service was good I purchased the elite membership. For some reason it didn't work when I went in on several occasions and same lady helping me, each time I left all my information and they assured it would get fixed. I went in this morning and it was still not fixed and again same lady who helped me on all the other occasions . I asked if we could fix it before I left the store as this was no becoming an inconvenience. I mentioned about making a review if we could not fix this situation. This frustrated the lady helping me to the point where I started to get embarrassed for even asking her to help fix the situation as I paid for the elite membership and was not getting the discount I paid for 🙁 sadly I left the store with no product and she was clearly upset as well as myself.
