One of the best dispensary experiences I've had.

Canna Cabana always comes through with amazing deals and a laid-back vibe that makes you actually want to shop around. The staff is super friendly and never pushy - they really know their stuff but talk to you like a normal person, not a textbook, Whether you're new to weed or know exactly what you want, they've got you covered.

Store is clean, organized, and never feels sketchy or rushed. Plus, the prices are consistently better than most other spots around!

Not as engaging with customers as what I'm used to at other places which makes me think they don't know the product enough to talk about it. They pointed me toward an electronic display and then walked away 🧐 The items were not near the counter and I could see them constantly going into the back for several minutes at a time to retrieve what people were asking for. Seems a little disorganized and inefficient. Prices are better than most however I'd pay a little more to get better more attentive and knowledgeable service 😉

I was there a few times early 930 and the last time 10 informed he was late today and nothing on shelves, so I had asked him for what I was looking for and of coarse didn't have it, pretty much anything I ask for you don't have according to him,he even looks on computer and aren't getting any in order coming either, so I said I'll probably come back later when he has product on shelves. Can you believe I come back later and there it is. I'm guessing I'm bothering him when I come the first time, he has done this to me several times. I guess he's not interested in making a sale seeing he only works there. He has no customer service at all. I've been coming there since you have opened l like the product and the prices. It's unfortunate that he doesn't realize with out customers he wouldn't have a job he should not act like we're bothering him. Be nice if he found a new job. The rest of the staff are helpful and friendly, i hate having to deal with him.

The staff behavior is very rude. Specially the manager. Been going to this store for last two years. Just this time i got a faulty cartridge which leaking or not burning properly so it was creating a burnt test. I went there to tell me my experience and see if they can do something about it! They became very defensive and telling me about all their policy. Well I also have policy never going to a business where long term customer gets treated badly.

I’ve been to the store many times now over the last 3 months, generally pretty ok but…. I do get quite annoyed in there due to the lack of urgency to help customers. Every time I’m in there and there is a line up and it gets big and long and the lack of urgency to help get the customers through is frustrating, especially when there is one person at the till and 2 walking around the back putting stock away or something, customers are priority. This one person is answering questions, going out to point out and answer questions! IT is extremely frustrating.

Also I get it so don’t respond some “it’s the” , asking for 2 pieces of ID for everyone is ridiculous!! I’ve been in many many many shops including Government, I’m 45 and the staff recognizes me and still need to see it! Cmon! That’s stupid!

I have only been to this store a handful of times, each time I was sent in by my husband, since it’s out of the way for him but on the way home from work for me. I have had a pleasant experience each time, the staff have always been very helpful and friendly, until today. I went in around 3-3:30pm today and asked the cashier (dyed red hair and lip piercings) about a certain brand that my husband wanted me to pick up. Right off the bat, she seemed annoyed. They didn’t have the amount in the brand my husband wanted, so I asked more questions, even apologized for asking so many questions, and the cashier was still pretty standoff-ish. I eventually picked a brand and thanked her for all her help and was met with literal silence and her face spoke volumes on how annoyed she seemed. I told my husband about this and, from the description I gave him, it seems he had a similar interaction with the same employee.

Everyone in here is so nice and helpful, I always get the best service here and I always have a great time aswell!! Best service, prices, and selection in town!!! Nathan is an amazing Manager aswell as Gwen!!! I don’t even think about going anywhere else, Canna Cabana all the way

The girl with glasses and tattoos on hand (not the skinny one) is extremely rude. I forgot my ID, which is my bad, she could have refused to make a sale politely. She rather chose to be extremely rude about it like I am forcing her to make a sale. Also, whats the point of having an account here if you have to ask for ID every time. The store makes an account only after checking customers’ IDs. So is it not obvious that he/she is a returning customer and they are obviously not growing younger. Pointless and stupid, lol.
