Very pleasant shopping experience. The employees are very knowledgeable and guided me though the entire process while keeping my own criteria in check. Large selection of different products and good prices, I'll definitely buy here again!

Great selection and good deals if you're a member. Staff are mostly knowledgeable and friendly. Except for one gal, she's not rude, but she makes you feel like you're kinda bothering her. I worked in hospitality industry for over 20yrs, I'm certainly well aware of difficult/challenging customers. So very mindful of any service people. This gal is putting in her hours and no more.

Great staff, great price, very good selection. My only complaint is the id policy, I understand why, but if you're a member on file with a have history with the store I find it a little silly to turn away some one who's clearly old enough to be the staff member parent.

Lee is the absolute best! She was on staff alone while it was busy and handled it like a true rock star while providing top notch customer service to every single customer. Highly recommend paying a visit to this location.

BS pricing say one price go in charge another more expensive price. Staff are in your face the second you walk in....Rolld is just down the street with great service and prices.

Doesn't follow their posted hours, says they open at 9 am, went at 9:15am still not open. Don't mind if you open at 10am just post the correct hours so I don't waste my time. Even the sign on their door says open at 9am.

I was left waiting at the ID check for about 10 minutes before someone finally came back to let me in. The girl behind the counter who was friendly but either lacks product knowledge or was only half listening, because when I asked for Indica I ended up accidentally walking out with two hybrids. I am willing to give this place another shot but this was a pretty poor first impression.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, but store is understaffed. Lunch hours during the day are not posted anywhere and it is extremely frustrating to arrive to a store that is unattended because the only clerk is on lunch break. I can't wait around for 30 minutes and you've lost a sale.
