J’ai acheté une remorque 45 pieds il y a un mois et demi. Le service après vente n’est pas adapté pour les gens qui sont à l’extérieur de leur région. Pour les garanties, on doit retourner dans leur région, même si l’acheteur se trouve à 8h30 de route afin de se rendre dans un garage certifié à lequel eux font confiance, aucune possibilité de faire les réparations dans un garage auquel le client fait confiance dans sa propre région. Deux semaines après l’achat, les murs ont loussés, ce qui crochit les portes et celles-ci ouvrent en roulant sur la route, ce qui n’est pas sécuritaire du tout. Que quelques semaines après l’achat, j’ai dû me déplacer pour faire renforcer les portes qui étaient déjà entrain de briser. Malgré le renforcement, qui a pris 3 jours à réparer par le garage auquel il font confiance… mes fils électriques ont été sectionnés lors de ce rendez-vous. On refuse de me rembourser le rendez-vous que j’ai déboursé dans ma région pour trouver le problème. Finalement, le problème est de retour seulement quelques semaines après ce rendez-vous… Le sellant du toit à été mal fait, ce qui fait en sorte que l’eau entre dans la remorque et les murs ont bossés avec le vent de la route. Sans compter plusieurs troubles au niveau électrique et au niveau des break. La remorque bouge seulement à bras tellement elle est lousse (imagine sur la route), pour une remorque de 7000 LB, c’est inconcevable. J’avais prévu acheter d’autre remorque pour mon entreprise au cours des prochaines années, mais je ferais plutôt affaire avec une autre entreprise que celle-ci.

Want to be clear here, the star rating is actually a star rating FOR THE MANUFACTURER and not the dealer, who gets a solid4 star.

The dealer did everything they could to help, but was reduced to being a middle man between me and the manufacturer, whom in my opinion is not worth dealing with.

On a trailer, less than a year old, with about 1000 km on it, we suffered a frame break and a rear spring shackle separation.

We were on the first week of a month's long trip, towing the trailer behind a Class C RV and hauling 2 Honda Maxi scooters in the trailer. The trailer was less than a year old (at the time of the failure) has never been overloaded, and of the 1000 km, it had on it, all were on good paved roads (mostly highways).

We had little choice but to get the trailer fixed on the road as we were a 5 hour float trailer from our home region, so no way to get dealer support that far away. We could not move the trailer in its failed condition.

To make a long story short, the manufacturer reimbursed us less than half the repair costs. In other words, their warranty isn't really worth the paper its written on. So the manufacture gets a 1 star rating.

The dealer did everything they could and have been in our corner all along. They get a 4 start rating.

You can trust the dealer, but you can't trust the manufacturer.

I purchased a trailer from Phil in April, within 2-3 weeks from purchase it starts leaking in 3 different spots, contact him with zero help as to a option to get this warranty issue looked at by a certified trailer shop. Be very careful before purchasing. Very poor customer service after buying
