If you are looking in the market for a quality used car. I would recommend Car Deals Direct. I was happy working with Steven who guided me as I didn't have any idea what I liked as I only needed a spacious car for my family. I was happy when he just sent me the photo of the car. Steven is very informative and honest, he did everything he promised and updated me every step of the way. The quality of the car in Car Deals Direct was fantastic and I was happy when I picked up my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan on November 1st. The car was fantastic and they managed to fix what needed to be fixed so I as a customer would be satisfied with my purchase! Overall is a great experience and highly recommended. I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe in April and was advised that I would have the vehicle safety certified and delivered to me. The car was delivered to me on April 27 and on April 29 I reached out to my sales representative Paulo letting him know with picture evidence that the engine light had come on.

I came to the dealership on May 1st complaing about the issues that my mechanic had found and when their mechanics ran their diagnostics, they tried to tell me that there were no issues even though I provided them with the codes. After forcing the mechanic to take it for a test drive, he then realized only some of the issues. I had said more than once that I no longer want this vehicle and would like to return it and I've recieved nothing but excuses on why it can not be taken back

Between Paulo's the sales rep, Nicolas the plant manager and the sales manager Daniel there was no resolution as I have provided them with photo and video evidence and had requested at that time again to return the vehicle. On May 6th I had sent their team the issues of my gas and speedometer malfunctioning and requested for them to return the vehicle as it is not safety certified.

Once I had mentioned that I am opening a case with OMVIC at that point in time all of a sudden they're is movement on trying to fix the issue. I like the car but due to safety issues I no longer want it which I have said multiple times.

I got denied again to return the vehicle so now all that is being offered is to fix the issue and a full tank of gas. Very unacceptable Practice from a dealership.

I do feel I have been miss lead as to the terms of this purchase, and at the time when I’m trying to come up with a solution and return the vehicle have been given the runaround.

I am very unhappy with the service thus far

They finally sent someone to pick up the car today May 17. I will give an update once everything has been rectified
