I was in need of a new vehicle as my previous one was in an accident and written off.

After going to a number of dealerships, and searching online through countless websites, I finally called Carloft and I was referred to Jeremy, in Napanee.

To make a long story short, Jeremy was absolutely amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted, for around the price I was looking for, and for the date I needed the vehicle by. He was patient with all my questions and inquiries, and helpful in every way.

Just gotta say Jeremy was awesome to deal with. Nick was dealing with us at first but had to step away and Jeremy stepped in without hesitation and helped us. He worked with us to get a payment that was doable for us and worked hard to get us a great rate. Very personable and down to earth, no pressure whatsoever.

I went in on a Tuesday looking to finance a car for the first time. Being so young and not having amazing credit I was concerned with the amount of hassle I might have to deal with but upon talking with nick all my worries went away. Jeremy and nick make a stellar sales and financing team, keeping all hassle to a minimal and letting me drive home by Friday in a new car.
