I recently visited Carl’s Auto for a tire change, and I must say, my experience was fantastic! Although they operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, I didn’t mind waiting a bit. I arrived just after 11 AM and was informed that there were a few customers ahead of me and that they might not be able to get to my car until after 1 PM. I decided to wait, and to my pleasant surprise, they finished my car right before 1 PM!

The staff was friendly and efficient, and I truly appreciated their commitment to getting the job done in a timely manner. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return for any future auto needs. Highly recommended!

I had my wheelchair van air conditioning recharged and winter tires changed to summer tires done great customer service I wasn’t able to pick my van up so they delivered it to me it was greatly appreciated

Carl is a honest, intelligent and genuine human. He was able to help me with my car issues, and explain to me, in layman's terms, on what the issue was and how to fix it! Which is very different from my past experiences, so much so, that I won't go anywhere else. I will make the 4 hour drive from Calgary just for his service.

Carl's Auto fully covered their warranty promises after a recent repair on one of our vehicles. Parts and labour were fully covered when Carl's installed a used transmission that broke after a month of use. I was very surprised that we drove home without any extra charges! Carl stands by his shop's work and good work it is.
