Absolutely abysmal service, I'd give less than 1 star if possible. Called before dropping my 04 Can am Outlander off to make sure they had time for it and they told me it'd take about 2 days to do the service on it, just a tune up to allow the bike to start better. They were also told to call before ordering parts which they did not follow. Incredibly ignorant and unknowledgeable person working the desk, not a customer service bone in their body. Lady at the desk ignored us waiting for service multiple times, backtrack on her own statements to cover her own ass. Made zero attempts to improve our experience as we told them we were heavily disappointed in the business. 2 weeks later I get told the bike is done. They claimed a part was unobtainable, however I found it in 20 minutes and 3 phone calls. $500 and change later I find out they got into my locked storage box on the back of the bike (locked before I dropped the bike off and didn't give them a key for the box) , they cut my perfectly good fuel line to put in an inline fuel filter (not new or required) that cracked immediately and began leaking fuel everywhere once I got it back. Now the bike will no longer run and I have to take it to another shop. 11/10 would not recommend this scam of a shop. Never called for updates or estimated time of the bike being done either, had to chase them for information.

Last fall got sons tube in tire replaced cost 40$ , needed to get done again this spring brought back and was charged $180 , asked the difference and was told wasn’t charged proper amount last time and wasn’t offered even a small discount with the over 300% increase , manager or owner seemed rude and dismissive, young lady at front was pleasant tho. Will not return .

I use cartronics as much as I can . Just recently I brought in my 2001 raptor 660r that had issues . When shifting into 4th the bike would quit . They fixed it and had it working 100% 2 days later . They went above and beyond hunting down parts for my 1983 Honda 3 wheeler and have always treated me good . Allison at the receptionist desk is always friendly in a great mood and always willing to go the extra mile to find that part you need . Bryan who works on the machines is very knowledgeable.

We have bought Honda power equipment here and have used their service department as well and have always been happy. Recently, we made a purchase from the sales team and Jeff took such good care of us. I can not thank him enough for the wonderful service and attention to detail that got us looked after in a short period of time. I feel he went out of his way to make sure we left with a smile. Female staff were looking at their phones when I walked in and seemed to have no interest in me as a customer whatsoever. The place was deserted. A couple of people were looking at snow machines outside but there was no effort made to pay attention to them either. I will not return.

I have had a great experience with this location, Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful with my first leaf blower and chainsaw purchase. 10/10 recommend this shop.

I’ll never go back an annual service ended up costing me $1000.00! Sent my bike in running great to get the fluids changed and get it back drive it for 15 mins and over heats and go into limp mode! Bring it back they say or fan motor gone! 2000 km on my bike and tan motor goes but I sent it in working fine?

Sure you didn’t short out the fan repairing wires you found when servicing that mice chewed over the winter perhaps? Funny I drove it all weekend before taking for an annual service with no issues and get it back with all kinds ( Suspicious 🤨

Jeff nor Brian cares to investigate the facts but I honestly believe the mechanic knows what happened. Anyways I ate the cost got my bike back and won’t go back and I am going to share this with all my friends as they’ve bought here and services there bikes here over the years!
