Never been treated so badly. I was told at time of purchase I could return for refund within 5 days of purchase. Spent short of $500 and wanted to return $150 of previous purchase 3 days after purchase. Hostile is a good word on how I was immediately greeted. First she said her till would not allow for return then she trashed her employee for costing her money. Forgetting I did spend $350. I was excited when I found this store as visiting from out of province however will never set foot again. I will also tell everyone I encounter “ if your looking for a bad experience this is the place to go”.

Casa Bella’s has only the best quality of bedding, linens, clothes and more. Always decorated so beautifully love coming into the store to see what’s new. The store owner is always so helpful and informative such a wonderful shopping experience. A must visit when in Vernon!

More and more I appreciate Casa Bella Boutique. Bedding brought me into the shop, but there are a lot of beautiful items for the home. I appreciate the quality of women’s clothing I have purchased at Casa Bella. The quality and selection is unsurpassed. We are lucky to have this gem in downtown Vernon.

0 stars. Terrible experience. As soon as I walked in for my first time the lady working already gave me an uncomfortable “welcome”. I was in the store for five minutes and under her breathe she tells another customer she thinks I’m going to “shoplift”. After that she comes up to me and tells me she’s uncomfortable, then proceeds to show a picture that doesn’t look like me, saying “is that you”? “ I think you need to leave because I feel you’re going to shoplift” I was absolutely mortified of the assumption. I wasn’t doing anything wrong, I have never been in this store. And I’ll never come back. She came off very aggressive and hostile with poor assumptions. Good job on losing future business 👍

Casa Bella is a little known gem we have in Vernon! Diana is the owner and she carries the most amazing assortment of bedding, bath linens, towels , decor, pillows and more than you can imagine! There is a gift assortment you won't find in too many places....Make sure you check out her upscale clothing line too!

This is a must see store. Has so much to see and great besides the bedding and linen it has a special place for woman who have or just having new babies. Right down to nursing pillows and bedding for babies and children. Come down check it out. This place is a beautiful store to visit. Diana Vona is a very beautiful lady and is so attentive to the needs of everyone. And if she doesn't have it she will go out of her way to find what you need. Well done store to shop at.
