So, I have a lot to say but I'm gonna keep it short. Lucas! Thank You!! What a true beauty!! I called Castor the other day in a small panic. I had some engine issues, along with needing what I though was 4 new brakes.
Lucas could have easily told me that the dealer was right and I did need all new brakes, but he corrected me and told me that I only needed 2 as the dealership (Embrun Ford) was trying to get me to replace all 4, when the front brakes were still at 50%. Not surprising from Ford! Lucas was extremely helpful, and friendly. He even offered to drive me home when I dropped off my car. I walked in after work with my issues I had, he said he'd take the car right away, and drove me home. The car was completed by the next day, and at an extremely FAIR PRICE!!

I highly recommend going to Castor!! Don't listen to the idiotic Karen on here that chirps them. I will never go anywhere else from now on! Take my word for it!!

I'm extremely disappointed in the recent changes with the new ownership at this shop. Unfortunately, they've introduced a 'pink tax' on their services, which was a surprise to me.

My experience was also marred by poor communication and dishonesty. I took my vehicle in to change out the winter tires, and they told me my front brakes needed to be replaced. My husband took a closer look and discovered that I still had more than half of the brake pads left, which was not only unnecessary but also expensive.

To make matters worse, they lied to me about the loaner car. Not once, not twice, but three times in three weeks, they told me that the car needed an alternator replacement. By the third time, I had lost all trust and didn't bother to return. They did, however, try to call me after I left that day, but the trust had already been broken, and I have no interest in hearing more excuses.

It's unfortunate that the new ownership has taken a step backward in terms of transparency and honesty. I miss working with Paul, who was always friendly, trustworthy, and transparent in his communication. His absence has left a void, and I'm left searching for a new mechanic who can provide the same level of service.

My beautiful car went into the garage to have the AC fixed. Lucas was so helpful to our family! We come from Kanata to Russell because the service is fantastic! And my beautiful car has working AC again. Highly recommend anyone from the city to go to this garage as Lucas and his team are fantastic?

I had an issue with my vehicle yesterday and called to make an appointment. Lucas the new owner squeezed me in today to see if it was a battery or alternator issue.

He was super friendly on the phone and took his time to answer my questions. He told me to conenin the morning so they could at least determine what the issue was.

I was not expecting that they would actually have the time to repair it. I was really impressed that not only did they repair it but was also able to do an oil change for me.

I didn’t realize until picking up the vehicle that he was the new owner. He was super friendly, kept me updated on what was wrong with the vehicle and called when it was ready for pick up..

I have been coming here for a while and will continue to do so! I am happy the garage are going to be in very capable hands.

Very pleased with my first experience at Castor Automotive. Paul was very knowledgeable, helpful and communicated very well while my car was being repaired.
Pricing was fair, and the turnaround was quick. Most important though was the fact that I never felt as though I was being taken advantage of.
After inspection I was provided a list of "should" repair items and a list of "could" repair items.
Certainly would recommend the team at Castor for automotive servicing.
