I sold shoes at Footlocker once, I was and currently am #1 when it comes to providing exceptional customer service.

Paul O. has GOD tier customer service.
I asked him to get hats for me, search on the rack to find me a crisp nice one. He stood there politely as I rudely made him wait when I was just thinking at one point.
He didn't hesitate to ring up the sale and set me up with a promotion, save me money and be a Top Tier Gentleman.

He will go on to do great things just like myself... CHAMPS better lock him in.

Horrible service! Came in looking for a pair of shoes, did not find my size and asked if they could order them for me. Guy ordering at the counter was more interested in talking to his buddy than helping me. I missed the phone call when the package arrived, and when I called back I got someone that could only say the word “ya”. I don’t know if he was autistic or just another kid hating his job. When I picked up my package had to deal with another autistic person, as she looked at me like I asked for free money when I said I was there to pick up my package. Absolutely no customer service. They all talk to you like you’re asking for free stuff. I sincerely think they hire autistic people at this location

I went there with my gf to buy 2 pairs of shoes, there is a big variety of shoes, but I don't recommend the staff, the big guy that received me was not happy with me since the first time I asked if they had a different size number, he was just rolling his eyes out...

Overt racism in this store..asked to try on a pair of shoes and if they had half size available. Staff responded 'people like me' like to switch shoe sizes.

Walked past 3 customer service folks and not a peep. I could have hundred dollar bills falling on the ground, and there would be no respond. There is a young girl who has got all the attention in the world with these young lads. Unless you want to self serve, avoid this place!!!! I would have dropped a few hundred too!
