AMAZING EXPERIENCE, THEY FIXED MY WATCH THAT I DIDNT EVEN BUY THERE FOR FREE. Linda and Wanda are the nicest people around. If you come here, expect the highest, friendliest and most professional level of service. As well as a great selection of men and women’s jewelry. Cant recommend this place enough.

I was nervous to have our heirloom wedding rings sized, but they came back in great condition and fit well. I did need to size my engagement ring up from the size determined by the sales staff, add we needed to send my husband's ring back a second time as well to add more gold, both unanticipated expenses, but overall, service and quality were great. They were even able to keep the original engraving on the inside of my husband's wedding band which was very difficult to achieve. Thank-you!

I have to say that I was recommended to go to this store (Sussex)131 Gateway Mall. Not one thing that I could think of that Lisa did not do for me. Very friendly, professional and patient. Thanks so much for the great experience. Will definitely go back. No photos yet. Can't wait to get my new ring...

Do NOT get rings you care about resized here!!
First off let me start by saying the employees who work at the actual store location in Sussex are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful and understanding. The issue is with the “Gold master” that they send the jewelry off to. I initially sent my engagement ring and my wedding band in to be resized. When they returned the diamond was wiggly and loose and there were obvious signs of the work, ie 3 large holes down both sides that were clearly visible to the naked eye. I sent them back in to be repaired. When they returned to me 2 weeks later, it was clear that only one side had been worked on, and the other side still had the 3 dots plainly visible. The manager at the store even admitted that it appeared as if only one side had been touched on both pieces, though the band was now within “acceptable” range but still far from perfect. The first photo I have included is how they appeared AFTER this “repair” the SECOND time they had repaired them but the THIRD overall time seeing, inspecting and declaring them “done”. I sent them both back in again because I really wanted to give them a chance to right their wrongs. When the engagement ring returned, it STILL had the 3 visible holes, and the wedding band was the same. The final set of photos are included of them as they were returned to me the FOURTH and final time. I was graciously issued a refund due to the inability of the “gold master” to do an adequate job, but having the rings gone for months only to have them returned damaged is not a good feeling. I heavily warn others to take their jewelry elsewhere for resizing purposes.

TLDR: Lovely store employees, “Gold Master” messed up resizing, followed by 3 faulty repairs, items STILL returned with obvious defects. Do NOT resize things you care about.

If I could, I would have give 0 stars! I was looking at some rings for my future wife and the lady was helping me seemed really nice until she told me about this not paying 24 months deal, I asked if it was a credit card she replied no its not! She asked my my drivers license, so i had to asked her one last time, are you 💯 sure its not a cridit card? She said well.. its a pinch of it and when I looked at the screen it said Apply for Credit, anyways I was not happy being lied to so I walked out on a $4500 ring and bought my ring someplace else where I didn't feel like I was being fooled. The one Sar will be going to how friendly they were to my dog 🐕
