I travel for work so I spent a lot of time in hotels. This was a nice breath of fresh air after staying at a different hotel in town. The rooms are spacious and clean. The blinds block out most of the sun when I’m working night shift and need to sleep during the day. There is breakfast waiting for me when I get off shift and there are snacks in the lobby if needed. I like that the pool is big enough to do some laps after work. And the hot tub is a great way to relax. I’m hoping to have the energy to try out the gym this week.

Rooms were dirty and customer service was a joke. I checked in late in a blizzard I was tired and went right to sleep I had to work early. I took pics the next morning when I noticed how gross this room was. Bathroom was dirty, sheets had make up and dried blood on the sheets and the floors had garbage on them. This room was in no way cleaned at all. I was upset and emailed management with pictures and they put it on me I should of told the front desk girl the night I checked in late blah blah blah .. The half ass cleaning job or total lack of cleaning the room is not the customers issue it's a house keeping and management issue. After several emails I got no more responses, accountability or resolution for my unsatisfactory stay. I would never stay here just based on the lack of professionalism from management. Btw the hot breakfast is not great either. Lot's of selection of cereal yogurt and coffee but hot breakfast will make you feel gross after.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in while visiting Bonnyville. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is great, good coffee, and the pool is fun, except we had 3 childish men jumping in the pool, making huge splashes and for some reason they wouldn't stop staring at and talking to my daughter (who is a literal child)... My daughter has been taught stranger danger and didn't give them her name or time of day..... very rude!!!

Obviously, this does not affect the quality of the hotel, but it left an uncomfortable feeling for us the rest of the night.

The rooms were not clean! First room we were put in had oil or mud all over the comforter on both beds. The second room the bedding was stained and didn’t appear clean and there were burn holes in the sheets even though it was non smoking. There was food on the floors that obviously didn’t get vacuumed. Their breakfast was not great and their service over all was awful. I would not recommend staying at this hotel as they are way over priced for the experience we received.

I had booked this hotel for an employee whose grandfathers house ended up burning down and had took off work being unable to make the reservation. After contacting the hotel through hotels.com the general manager (I believe her name was Chianne) refused to offer any form of refund or rebooking saying they have an expectation for reservations. Terrible customer service all around. Never saw the hotel so can't speak on that. Our company definitely will not be booking with this hotel again.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price point. Rooms are spacious, and the hotel is very clean. Staff is above average, extremely helpful and friendly.
Amenities are clean and functional. Ample parking. Breakfast was as you would expect with a good variety. Quiet and overall Excellent. Remember you're in Bonnyville, so having said that, you can not go wrong. Great value.

Take the Google reviews with a huge grain of salt. I think someone is trying to tank them. The reviews on other sites are much better and having stayed there this weekend, I’d agree.

This is a great hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is also large and clean with a large, actually hot, hot tub.

Service was quick and responsive and the breakfast was a good hot breakfast with plenty of quality suggestions. I loved having fresh pancakes from the one-minute pancake maker.

The hotel used to be a Holiday Inn Express but now it has a great independent, local vibe about it. Highly recommended!!
