My first visit for an actual service was yesterday, and it went very well. I have shopped at this Chatters before, and the front staff have always been very helpful.
When I arrived yesterday, the gal at the front was helping a very difficult customer, and the staff member was kind and patient beyond what I thought was deserved by this particular customer.
Once she was finished with the other person, she got me checked in with Ashley.
Ashley was so chill and patient with me. As an introvert, I appreciate not being chattered at (ha!) and she definitely didn’t do that.
I mentioned that I had a terrible experience which has left me cutting my own hair for a year and a half, and I think that influenced how she dealt with me.
She asked what I was looking for, checked in all along the way, and let me know it was fine to express my opinion and give consent at every step.
All in all, I was in and out in 35 minutes for $65 with tip and I’m very happy with my hair, even my bangs.
It’s worth a mention that I booked online with Chatters because a good friend had a great experience last weekend with another stylist, and her hair looks phenomenal.
Thank you so much. I’ll definitely be back for my next trim.

What a sad experience my appointment wasyesterday. The young girl that cut my hair....using only scissors which I havent seen in forever.
I mentioned to her when I sat down that my stylist always razor cuts the back of my hair but she just asked me how much I wanted cut off and proceeded with scissors. I felt very sorry for the young girl because she looked seriously scared. I thought perhaps she might be an apprentice and that someone would check my cut. That never happened..she cut my hair blew it dry and that was it. I felt so bad for her she was so quiet and nervous. I didnt say anything because she looked so relieved when she as finished. My hair is white which she did comment on when she was finished....lol
I tipped her because I didnt want to add to her discomfort. I will say again.....sweet girl....not a great haircut.

I went in to see about a kids bang trim I was told there are no stylists in the shop today and they were booked fully all week with grads. Than I go online and there are open appointments for kids cuts. This is not the first time we have run into this with this particular shop. Definitely won't ever try to go here again. I'll take my business to a small local shop who fit us in right away.

My first time visiting the salon and I had Cami, do my hair. She did exactly what I wanted; I was so impressed. If you can nail my fringe, then you are a star. I will definitely be returning. The store itself is also fabulous with a huge variety of product. Great Customer service!

felt super unwelcomed when i came,ladies are not smiling not friendly at all.specially the other lady that making face over me looking at me from head to toe,geez🙄but my stylist is nice to me did a good job on my hair,just forgot to ask her name,shes seemed more professional compare to the other ladies,its my first time to come here not gonna be back.all customer doesnt deserve to treat like this stop the hate be nice and friendly

God bless this place is amazing. The front girls are always so polite and knowledgeable, and Melissa is always so hyped to do my hair and goes the extra mile! She has made me feel my most self in a long time and she is absolutely amazing ❤️ All of the girls are so incredibly nice!

I went in to see about a cut the shop was empty and i was told they are fully booked with grads. Being a franchise you think you would have a stylist set aside to do other cuts. I feel this shop only catters to a certian clientele. I guess my $20 hair cut isnt good enough
Thanks to the small local shop who had no problem fitting me in between gards. I was told it was NO problem.

I had made a hair cut appointment for today, but I HAD to cancel it once I found out that to wash/cut my hair (which is just above the bra) it would cost a whopping $50.!!!!! That's just not reasonable in today's economy! I totally understand that EVERYONE is struggling including hair stylists but OUCH!!!!!
I love my hairstlist but I just can't. Sorry
