Worst customer experience. I've ever had in. The small town grew up in deadsbury. This store is not the same anymore since it changed owners. I will never spend a dime here again

I was looking for a particular product and thought I'd have to travel a distance. I called and asked, they had what I was looking for. Very friendly staff in person and the parts department was very knowledgeable and friendly. Certainly will be using them more often. I would recommend this place for all or most of your auto parts and products, and their prices are not very high either.

As ALWAYS ,the guys here are nothing short of awesome ! Very helpful ,always able to find me what I'm looking for patient and understanding( even with stupid questions)and always always respectful with me . If I'm stumped on a job I'm doing and just can't figure out how to get it finished ,they have lots of great ideas and with all the years of combine experience those boys have,one of them knows how to Get R Done !!!
The shop it's self is FULL of EVERYTHING you could want ,need or wish for ! From trailer and spot lights to tow ropes ,tie downs and tarp straps ! From sandpaper and silicone, to Smith and Wesson and saw blades,it's organized,clean and a calm and layed back atmosphere always .
Thanks guys for all your help and patients with me !!! It's a pleasure doing business with y'all !!

Went into the store today and asked for help with a headlight bulb. The man behind the counter acted like he was so put out by helping me and pretty much rolled his eyes at every question I asked. Horrible, horrible customer service! As a business owner, I would never treat a customer that way and if one of my employees behaved that way they would be fired on the spot. Never going back again!

Always glad to go see Mike and crew, they've found me odd stuff I use them whenever I'm working on a vehicle. Did I mention they stock a lot of stuff and it's quality not junk seems to be able to get it quicker then other parts store.
