Brought vehicle in to replace oil pump assembly. They charged me an extra $140 for 4 lug nut bolts they said swelled. They were new lug nuts because I got my back tires and all lug nuts replaced at a tire shop prior to bringing the vehicle into Chenier. Oil pump assembly replacement was quoted at $1900. They charged an extra $1000 without first consulting me, and even charged $150 for lubricant… they would have even charged more, except one of the newer guys said that wasn’t right. After trying to understand why they had trouble with new lug nuts and why they had to remove the tire, Zach told me, “though everyone likes to use google…” I retorted that I get the information from MY mechanic. I am disgusted at their shady conduct. In the future I will either do the work myself or bring it out of town to a competent mechanic that won’t overcharge. I am also looking to see the legalities behind charging an extra $1000 which is more than 50% what was quoted.

The power steering started acting up on my new Ram 1500 with only 5300kms on it. I happened to be in Timmins when it happened (live an hour away) so I called Cheniers at about 11:30am and they told me to bring the truck by and they would do their best to have a look at it as soon as they could. The guys at the service desk were amazing! Not only did they fit me in their busy schedule but they diagnosed the problem, changed the part (rack and pinion) and got me set up with an alignment before I left.
Huge thanks to the team at Cheniers for the amazing customer service. I have to say, the only thing I regret is that I listened to people who said “go down to Toronto for a better deal on a new truck”… I really wish I would have given these guys the opportunity to sell me my truck instead.
Easy 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ best service for have received anywhere in a long time.

Our last two main family vehicles were the Dodge Caravan, and they both served us well for space, versatility, and the ability to pull some weight, for example, a 1500 lb boat. This dealership has served us well for the purchases and repairs throughout the years we have been coming here. I would buy here again if there's an option that fits our current needs.

" manufacturing defect in the ute's high-pressure fuel pump means the unit could fail prematurely, sending debris into the vehicle's fuel system.", Great so when can I replace? "Oh we don't have parts.".. fast forward a year still "no parts". Steering of my Ram that is not even 5 years old is absolutely wrecked. Save your money, do not buy dodge... Great location though, nice people. Useless company. They don't deal with third party warranties. Other vehicle companies do.
