Absolutely horrible!! They ripped me and my wife off by selling a "top quality" Tahoe. The salesman boasted about the 150 point inspection and assured us it was a reliable family vehicle. Due to this information, we purchased it thinking its in prestine condition. In a month, noticed it was running horribly loud on the highway. The salesman said it needed new tires but somehow the bearings went on the front end wheel. 1600 bucks! Then only 5 months later, suspension went. 6000 bucks! 150 point inspection!!
Either it was lies or the mechanics are brutal. Please people watch out for these crooks

Cheyenne has posted a 2006 SSR FOR SALE on their website but if you enquire they say it’s the owners in for service. Maybe ALL the vehicles on their site are really the customer cars. What poooor PR.

Paid 315 bucks to get the truck detailed and they couldn’t even clean out the cup holders and didn’t bother to wash/clean out the truck box!

Bunch of SCAMMERS! Don't buy any used vehicles from this place absolute joke. Drove over 12hrs from Manitoba to buy a used diesel truck. They assured me that the truck was in immaculate shape (which its wasn't it had a broken brake light, broken front wind deflector, dents, and scratches all over the truck) they also assured me that is was in perfect working condition aswell. I arrived around 11am on a friday they took all day till 430pm (they close at 5pm) to what they called getting the paperwork in order and finalized. I got in my new used truck drove not more than 30km when the truck went into limp mode. Drove back to the dealership to talk to the sales manager he said they can't do nothing till Monday. I told him I want my money back or I want a technician to scan the truck to figure out what's going on with the truck. He then called a technician back to the shop because it was now 530pm they closed at 5pm. The technician took a hour to get back to the shop they scanned the truck. He said that the turbo was junk and that they already tried fixing the turbo previously and that they couldn't fix it. I have all the conversations recorded. I recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle to staying away from this dealership and all the slimy sales tactics thus place uses to sell you junk. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Friendly service, no issues booking oil change, wasn't too impressed when I checked under the hood and noticed the tech didn't clean up any of the oil that leaked from the upper oil filter. 2 ounces of oil sitting on top of the skid plate that I had to clean up, not to mention the oil trail from top to bottom

2nd oil change, wrong oil put in, pretty bad when the parts/receptionist when entering the information to pull the parts used from inventory caught the techs error. Not sure where they find their oil technicians or the amount of training they recieve, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Same mess of oil left under the hood. Totally unprofessional.

Very poor service from this dealership. Mechanics improperly trained and when confronted they try to wash there hands of any and all issues that there techs mess up. Very good at ruining a good engine or destroying parts disassembling. I will never take another vehicle too them and will never take my business back. I highly reccomend that everyone looks elsewhere before taking business to this circus. Ive done business with many dealerships all over the province and this place is by far the worst!

I went here to see what I could possibly get into. They took all my info and my cellphone number. I knew I had poor credit. Not bad though, anyways I left and was hoping for a phone call with some results. Idk, I just got the vibe they didn't even want to sell me anything. Just another tire kicker. Anyways I left and went to a dodge dealer and they called me back within hours. They got me approved and got me in a brand new 2021 Durango. I'm so happy dodge helped me and I don't gotta drive a slow chevy.
