I stopped at this chocolate shop on a whim and I’m glad that I did! I decided to pick up a little treat for my mom and the girl helping me was so friendly and gave so many great suggestions. The milk chocolate in particular is delicious, as I had a little treat myself and I would absolutely recommend!

Stale, not fresh, tastes gross! 🤮 Purdys’s is way way better. Kernels popcorn is much fresher. The chocolate covered pretzels are hard as a rock. The milk chocolate itself is very plain tasting, it’s not sweet enough. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying this place. Ew. I’m not impressed at all. I’m very disappointed.

Went for ice cream which was very good.
I bought a bar from the cash area that seemed like it would be good quality. It was some of the lowest quality chocolate Ive ever had. I dislike the packaging as well as it is difficult to open. Labelling is not good either and missleading. This is not dark chocolate. Tastes chewy and full of fillers.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. The staff member on duty was not welcoming and seemed unwilling to assist, despite the shop being empty. When I purchased chocolates, I was charged an additional $3 for the box, only to be told afterward that the box is sold separately. While I understand if that’s the store’s policy, it would have been appreciated if this had been communicated beforehand. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off from shopping here again.

I wish they had the fudge at this location still. Staff are always offering nice suggestions for chocolates. They serve scooped ice cream. Bring back the dipped bars! They were fantastic.

Fabulous.. a must visit if you are craving sweets. I just wish they have a better way to present their Ice-cream.. they needs to see!!

Came in here once for ice cream and the experience was fine - nothing special.

Recently received a gift basket from this shop and opened 2 of the chocolate packs from the basket and both were stale. I called and after a lot of back and forth (and the manager admitting that my call and concern was not passed along to her by one of the employees) we were told that only the 2 chocolates would be replaced and nothing else, even if the other packs turned out to be stale if we opened them. We even offered to return the entire basket both open and not open packs as we don’t want stale chocolate but were told the only thing the owners would do is replace the 2 chocolates. Really disappointing and will not be coming here again - will also be advising others the same. Not worth the stale chocolate and poor customer service.

The name of this store is kinda improper. It is not just “Chocolate Sensations” but “Everything Sensations.” In terms of ice cream, even the vanilla flavour is super delicious as well as the chocolate one!
