So many wonderful products... I could be in here for hours! Anna thoughtfully guided me through each brand she carries when I said I was on a search for a new shampoo. You can tell she is passionate about reducing waste and very knowledgeable about all the products in her shop. Purchased a great shampoo and a hand soap. Also discovered you can refill your Routine deodorant here, which saves ~25% as compared to buying a whole new jar, so I'll definitely come in for that when I need it. We'll be returning for laundry detergent, bubble bath, and potentially some household cleaners when the time comes to refill those too!

Fantastic scents that are natural and not perfumed based. Environmentally friendly concept where have the option to refill containers (which is also cost effective). Wish we had a similar store in my Vancouver neighbourhood!!

My whole life I bought cheap shampoo until I visited Choose Refill Salmon Arm. I went because I wanted to do my part in reducing waste, what I didn’t expect was the amazing products they carry! Who knew you can go more than 24 hours without your hair getting greasy! I didn’t it lol Their Peppermint shampoo and body wash is a game changer! Ooooo and the owner is so lovely too! I highly recommend!

I LOVE routine deodorant. My favourite is ‘Sexy Sadie’… Choose Refill has it in bulk and I just got mine filled for quite a bit less than regular price + had a lovely interaction with the owner! My total came to $22.22 (charged by weight so this would vary) and my heart is filled with cheer knowing that this place exists in Salmon Arm!

The Routine deodorant and Shampoo are a must try. I recently switched from standard deoderants to the Routine Moon Sisters deodorant, and I will NEVER buy anything else. I noticed a huge change in a few weeks. There is samples available to purchuse of the different scents and I would highly encourage to try them out, the samples come in great little containers to take along and give you a good enough size to give it a chance, the upside to this sample is some people are not as tolerant of baking soda, but not to fear they have scents such as the moon sisters who are charcoal and magnesium. I suggest try them out, and also the routine hippy underarm scrub is a great way to detox. The Cat lady shampoo from routine smells AMAZING. The Routine line is Canadian made amazing quality. This is also great place for essential oils.
