My first UberEats order from here was pretty good overall. One of the Cinnabons wasn’t as fresh as I hoped — it was firm in spots and the pie crumble was hard to chew, but the flavour itself was still really good. That’s what made it a little disappointing: I could tell it had a lot of potential if it had been fresher. The other Cinnabon I ordered that time was great all around, though.

For my second order, I got the same two Cinnabons, and this time they were absolutely amazing, they completely exceeded my expectations and made up for the previous experience. If you’re looking for a sweet treat, I definitely recommend this place… everything was delicious!

The first Cinnabon I ordered was the “Make Your Own” with cream cheese frosting, pie crumble, strawberries, and strawberry jam.
The second was the “Late Night Roll” — it looks like a lot, but all the flavours come together perfectly.

I specifically went to the store on Friday to speak to the person at the counter, asking if the baked goods would be fresh if i ordered them for a Sunday morning pickup. I was going to order the cookies and brownie platter. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick it up today. I noticed that the cookies were overcooked and I did not have the time to ask if they had ones that were not overcooked as I was bringing them for my daughter's birthday party. And yes, they were overcooked, everyone noticed and asked me how much did i pay for it, not in a good way. I tried one and yes it confirmed that they were overdone. My husband had the banana bread, he said it was mushy, wondering if it was previously frozen. The mini-cinnamon buns and brownie were fine but on the whole, that's a no, it was wasted money. I could have done better for less at the local grocery store bakery.

What grabbed our attention was the friendliness of the two young ladies behind the counter, they were super friendly to my kids and they served us with a smile and a good conversation. The store was nice and clean, my kids felt what they ordered was a bit too sweet for them. However, I ordered just the plain cinnamon roll which was just perfect for my taste. Will definitely visit them again.

Friendly service. Got the chai glaze but the glaze didn't taste like anything. Pecans and coconut were good toppings though.

Baby buns taste just a little better than cardboard. Solid hard and dry. I saw that they had a microwave so I asked them to heat it up thinking maybe that would save the buns. Unfortunately they refused saying “they don’t do that” as if I was asking for something outrageous even when it would only take 10 seconds. :/ The Chai frosting tastes weirdly like chai but also bubble gum at the same time. Bad call, should have gone for classic vanilla maybe hazelnut.

Friendly service! I ordered the original, and it was great. The icing wasn’t too sweet, and I liked that it was whipped—it felt lighter and less sticky. The cinnamon flavor and dough were exactly as they should be: warm, hearty, and comforting.

Honestly, I’m glad I live 2.5 hours away—otherwise, I’d be stopping by way too often and consuming far too many calories!

Very fresh and hot cinnamon rolls and a clean spot as well. The service was great as well, it was a pleasure to deal with Sarah as she was very welcoming, provided great service, and overall was just so considerate and timely with our large order. Hope to be back soon.

To say that we are obsessed might be an understatement! Gave it a try last weekend and our group has never had cinnamon buns this good. They were so warm and chewy and not overpowering with cinnamon at all like some other places. We also got a to go jar of cookie dough and that was to die for! There were so many custom options, it was super exciting. We will DEFINITELY be back
