I would 100% recommend Jill Green as your realtor. I was not able to look at any listings in person, and did not see the house before I purchased it, but knew through communicating with Jill that I could trust her professional opinion and knowledge. The house she helped me purchase was EXACTLY what I was looking for. She advocated for me and made recommendations that, in the end, allowed me to purchase my first home. Jill was incredibly helpful during every part of the purchasing process. I cannot recommend Jill enough. She was attentive, understanding, responded quickly, answered questions, was patient, extremely kind and overall an amazing realtor to work with. It was a wonderful experience to deal with Jill Green. Jill assessed our property at what I felt was very fair and quickly sold it with more than one offer. She also helped me find our new home immediately. It was all done very professionally, but with a very personal touch. Both she and her husband, also provided a great deal of help taking things to the auction and to the dump for us. There was never a "no".
