He is a real estate agent who is more than happy to sell a house to you with no running water and puts very little effort for his listing, if you are interested in buying a house with his name on it, think about it twice as he will make it a bitter experience! Very unprofessional, we would have walked if it wasn’t for house we wanted.

Horrible experience having to deal with this real estate agent. Does not care about any ongoing issues that comes with closing a house purchase. It’s very clear he is only after the money. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Barry Clarke is the type of agent who will not go out of his way for clients doest respond very well don't have very good core value in it for the quick dollar but does not investagte into finding solutions for his clients or aim to please.
