I’ve been to this store only a handful of times and I have had the best experience every time, and it’s because of one employee. I can’t remember his name, which is why I want to leave this review now. He has a little girl dog, a pug I think.
I’ve come by with my e-bike and forgot my lock so I asked if I could bring it in for a moment, he said “no problem bring it on in!” Super friendly and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable.
I work on a farm so I beat up my vape really quickly, I was using the Level X G2 pod device and had cracked the base, also explained I kept loosing the little rubber stopper for the mouth piece, and I asked for something more price wise over time.
He set me up with a sturdy geek vape, and introduced me to a rubber mouth piece cover
 on a lanyard! I know he didn’t invent it, but it was like he parted the sea!
I absolutely love my new set up, I won’t need to come to the store for a while because I have a whole bottle of juice still, but when I do I want to see this guy!
He has excellent customer service, makes you feel like an old friend you haven’t seen in a long time! His dog is so sweet too, absolutely adorable.😊

great shop! I forgot to ask the name of the guy that helped me, but he was SO helpful, and set me up quick and easy. He took the time to set up both my machines for me, and was super friendly. Great selection, clean and inviting store, and the staff definitely knew their stuff. Would definitely recommend shopping here!

This shop is the best!! The staff is the friendliest and most knowledgeable I've ever dealt with. Chris, Danielle, Ella, and all other staff always greet me with big smiles on their faces! It's nice to feel such positivity the second you walk in. They are always more than happy to take the time to answer any of my questions . It's very rare to receive this quality of customer service these days. Even though I live near many other shops, I will always go out of my way to come here. If I could give 6 stars , I would!!

The first time I went to the store the staff were vey helpful and friendly. Since then I have ordered online as I do not live in Ottawa and love the Customer Service! The product arrives within a day or two and there is always little pics or comments about my choices on the packing slip. Keep up the good work!!
