Nice and clean store but overpriced clothing and customer service is zero. Perhaps we would have even purchased something but when you go into a store and the employee working there is completely ignoring you when you are standing nearby, not asking if you need any help or even greeting you with a smile and acknowledging your presence, I'm going to go somewhere else and invest my money there. Not coming here again.

Sad to read tonight that Cleo/Ricki’s will be closing stores and filing for creditor protection. While I have not shopped much at Cleo’s in the last 12-18 months, I did pop in last week and picked up a lovely pink winter jacket with a removable hood. Staff as always were pleasant and it seemed there were a number of shoppers in the Oshawa Centre location. I do hope for the sake of the staff and clientele protection can be granted while they try to restructure. Good luck

Love Cleo!! The Oshawa centre was well organized and the friendly, helpful staff always make the shopping for clothes experience great!
So devastated that Cleo is closing. No other store has the quality items at these price points. Really don't understand why it has to close. Bootleggers just doesn't compare!!

Friendly staff, good location!
I found a comfortable pair of pants that were on sale for $4.77 orgainal price was $59.99. I really like the pattern on the pants too! Good for warmer weather. I cover up from the sun to protect my skin and to sheld my skin from the sun due to allergy.

I happened to be walking past the Cleo store in the Oshawa Centre, where I spotted a dress on display, perfect for a wedding this fall. We entered the store looked around and I tried the dress on, to which my husband gave a thumbs up. He even found a sweater that complimented the dress for me. Love him. I bought both. A few days after I got home, I was taking the dress out to photograph and send to my sisters showing them my successful wedding dress shopping, when I noticed the binding on the neck had not caught the dress material. I returned the dress to the store, the sales lady was very sympathetic/helpful and, to make the story shorter, a replacement was found in the Cleo warehouse and delivered to my home five days later, no deliver charge. Thank you to the staff at Cleo's and their friendly, helpful service. I will definitely recommend this Cleo store to anyone. P.K.

The associate manager assisted me in choosing clothes that matched my colouring and shape. She was amazing and made the experience a very positive one. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return, even though it is a distance from where I live.

Lovely experience-The young lady who helped me was very pleasant, and I welcomed her I enjoyed her assistance. Normally I like to be left alone, but she made suggestions that I actually liked. I have shopped at Cleo for years, and don't remember such a nice experience.
