This is the worst store with the worst customer service I ever encountered.

I bought a pair of gloves last week at that store and this week I wanted to return but they did not accept since the tag was cut off. This is not even a sweater or anything that they can say no because it is already worn; and I bought the pair last week at the same store, and I have the receipt as well.
At first the young cashier told me I couldn't return, I was shocked, so she asked her manager inside and still said no. I decided to ask to speak to the manager, and now the Chinese guy went to ask the manager, the manager was rude, didn't come out to speak to me but sent him back to tell me no.

What kind of manager and what kind of policy is this? This is absurd.

He then showed me the policy. The police said return must be in GOOD CONDITION, nowhere that said tag has to be there. Remember, this is a pair of gloves that I purchased and never worn.

I hope head office of club to look into this as I find this store has treated me very badly

I visited Club Monaco MEN’s at Yorkdale on Tuesday, November 26, to address an issue with a purchase I made on November 24. What should have been a simple exchange turned into one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had, thanks to the cashier’s rude and unprofessional behavior.

When I explained that I had an issue with the size of an item I purchased just two days ago, the cashier asked if I had used the items. I told her no—the tags were still intact. Instead of moving forward professionally, she examined the shirt as if I had done something wrong, making me feel extremely uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, she accused me of possibly stealing the item and trying to return it. I was stunned. I had my receipt and proof of purchase—how could she even say such a thing? This baseless accusation was humiliating and completely out of line.
Eventually, she processed the refund and helped me check out the new items, but her attitude didn’t improve. She left the clothes on the desk in an empty bag without saying anything or even offering to place them inside. She made me feel unwelcome, as if I wasn’t even worth basic courtesy.

On the POSITVE side, an asian male associate in the store that evening was kind and helpful, assisting me in finding the right size. His professionalism was the only saving grace of my visit.

However, the behavior of that cashier has completely soured my opinion of this store. Club Monaco is known for its quality, but your staff’s attitude can make or break the customer experience. If this is the standard of customer service, I’ll think twice before ever stepping foot in this store again.

Please ensure that employees interacting with customers are respectful and professional. No one should be made to feel the way I did.

I usually buy my wife’s clothes from here. But today was the last time I will be coming into this store.. I was in a few days ago and I was completely in shocked by how the store manager with red hair spoke with to sales associate who was managing the rooms I believe and was just speaking rudely to her. I don’t feel like anyone given a management title should ever belittle someone or make them feel embarrassed with others around, it’s completely unprofessional and inhuman. No wonder the employees here don’t look happy working here, and this people like this I can see why. Do better Club Manoco.

Service was great, smiling and courteous, until the moment I told her there was nothing I liked from the things I tried (not my fault you don’t have size 2).
You can tell the sales associates are on commission by the way they try to sell you things.

I placed an online order for a coat over 2 weeks ago. Never received anything, i had to send emails back and forth so they finally tell me the item seems out of stock! Even though there’s availability in few of their stores.
After 2 weeks of waiting, they said we’ll cancel your order and refund the money within 30 days!!
Absolutely disappointing, i would’ve expected a better customer service with this price.
