Came in 15 mins to closing because I don’t get off work til 4 and keep missing the depot closing. To whoever owns/runs the place, here’s a friendly tip for you. A customer coming in 15 mins to closing with 4 bags of cans shouldn’t be told twice that they are closing soon. If your staff doesn’t want to work right up until closing at 4:30 I highly suggest you chose a different closing time, maybe you stop taking customers at 4:15 so they have time to close without whining and giving your customers a hard time. 4:30 closing means you provide your services up until that exact time. I am honestly so disgusted I will be driving to Lethbridge going forward.

Great staff always super friendly and helpful! My kids love coming with to get a sucker! I wouldn't listen to the negative reviews they didn't rip you off you probably had a different amount 😬 anyways very hard working staff would recommend!

They refused my returns because they claim the bottles I collected in the ditch was contaminated with oil and gas. It was just dirty road grime. I left with my returns and took them in to Lethbridge. Just for the record coaldale bottle depot plastic bottles are considered petroleum products you guys just seemed like you didn't want to work at that moment. Shame on you .

10/10 recommended taking ur bottle here. They are amazing to deal with! we did a hockey bottle drive and they handle it so quick and Efficiently. We drove from fort macleod because of how amazing the service is! 😍 thank you for all ur hard work! It is greatly appreciated
