We just moved to Coalhurst not too long ago. We needed our prescriptions refilled. As we are from another province we didn't know how we would proceed with this. The Pharmacist and his assistance were very helpful to guide us thru this procedure. Also we got our flu shots and it was quick and simple. Having a Pharmacy that close by and building a relationship makes everything a lot more easier too.

Coalhurst IDA pharmacy have excellent advice on all your medications and much, much more. Very helpful and informative. All staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Should have moved our medications for wife & myself a longtime ago. 5 stars. Also has necessary vaccines for your needs

Atric , deesha , and meghan are incredible. I have been a regular at pharmacies all across Canada and never have I been treated better with as much respect kindness and decency. From your first visit to your last you will never feel unwelcome or unappreciated as a customer. The staff is knowledgeable about everything they deal with professional and genuinely care about their costumers. I moved to lethbridge and prefer to drive to coalhurst the service is more than worth the convenience of changing to someplace closer

I've visited this pharmacy quite a few times for when I needed some cold medicine, pain killers or a quick bandaid and I've always appreciated how clean it is and how friendly the staff are. However, my recent experience left me feeling quite disappointed.

I called the pharmacy because I had taken a medicine to help with my morning sickness, but later I realized it contained aspirin. Being pregnant, I became really worried about whether it could harm my baby. I was hoping the pharmacist could give me some advice or reassurance.

Unfortunately, the pharmacist seemed unsure and told me he would research it and call me back. When he did call back, his response didn't really give me any peace of mind. He just said that some pregnant women have side effects while others don't, and it depends on which group I fall into. To me, it felt like I was being left to figure out if my baby would be okay on my own.

I asked if I should go to the doctor right away, but again, the pharmacist didn't give a clear answer. Instead, he suggested I call Poison and Drug Information Service (PADIS).

Thankfully, PADIS were able to provide me with the information and support I needed promptly even though PADIS no longer is allowed to answer pregnancy and breastfeeding medicine questions as it was defunded over two years ago. PADIS was also shocked because the pharmacist should have known that. It was a relief, but it also highlighted the gap between what I expected from a pharmacy in terms of guidance and what I received in this instance.

When you're pregnant (first time or multiple times) dealing with concerns, you want to feel confident that the professionals you turn to for help can provide accurate and helpful advice. Unfortunately, my experience at this pharmacy fell short of those expectations. I hope they can improve their knowledge and assistance in the future to better serve their customers and maybe not scare their clients into thinking they have poisoned their unborn child.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been too! They are the most caring people. They take the time to make sure you understand your prescriptions, stay open to make sure you get them, call to make sure you get your refills and are always so kind and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and respectful. They make you feel welcome and are kind to my children when they come. I recommend even taking the time to drive to coalhurst just to have a pharmacist like this!

If i was able to give 10 Stars I would. This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to in my Life they're beyond professional and they go above and beyond every single time I've been inside to make sure my needs are met.

They're needs to be more business minded company's like this in the world and the world would be a better place
