Brought in my wife’s new to her 2020 Ram Rebel. The service department and parts department were great and very helpful. Parts were in next day and they managed to squeeze the truck in for a recall while I was there. Again thank you for a great time hassle free morning. I recommend this place to anyone needing work done.

Not impressed with service or the parts department. I've been waiting for three month for a part for the air suspension system on my 2022 ram 3500 with 40 000 km and still nothing. I finally got fed up and fixed it myself in 30 mins. Got work done on my wife's vehicle and that did not even last a month and it needs to be re done.
I got nothing but excuses on why it didn't work. Then my new one ton diesel through a def code.
200 km to limp mode go to the dealership not even an offer to put a code reader on it 2 guys working in the back couldn't even be bothered to look at it. The best offer I got was booking for next Friday. This all within a matter of months I've spent alot of money here and the service is atrocious all this work is on warrenty, it's not like I'm bringing in old out dated vehicles. All I can say is do better my business will be taken elsewhere. I don't want a response or a sorry or any feed back from coast auto there is no excuse for sub par customer service.

Amazing, Friendly people. Just bought my dream car and entire process was extremely efficient and streamlined. They had that small town dealership charm as every interaction had a personal touch and not just another business transaction. Communication was open, they respected my wishes and at no time it felt like I was being forced to do something. Every one in there were warm and welcoming. Will definately recommend.

If i could give a ZERO star i would. Would definitely NOT recommend this dealership. As they rip you off. They ripped off a 65 year old and added over 10k for nothing on the final bill. Worst customer service from the Managers. especially Samantha Harris. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE .
