Went in looking for a pair of sandals/shoes to wear to a wedding. Initially it didn’t look like they had a ton of shoes so I didn’t have high hopes. The lady who helped me had great suggestions (for my very wide feet) and found me a pair of sandals on the clearance rack. They did need to be stretched for comfort, which they offered free since I purchased them there. The sandal also broke when I was trying them on (seemed faulty from the factory) and they had them fixed within minutes. Very impressed with the customer service they provide. Will definitely be back.

I am so impressed by the work that was done on my vintage Louis Vuitton bag! The straps were on their last leg and needed reinforcement. I was definitely nervous when I found the best option was to shorten the straps but trusted Maggie's knowledge. I dropped the bag off on Saturday and it was ready for pickup Monday. She even conditioned the leather for me. She also did amazing work repairing a shoe of my mothers. Overall, 10/10 service and work as well as a great price. Thank you so much!

Great service. We had to have the heels and toe topy’s repaired on our Fernando Berlin thigh high boots. Work was done earlier than expected and the job was fantastic. Thank you, they are just like new!

I wasn't here to purchase anything, following friends in. But I can tell it's a local well loved store, love the funny signs they had by the till. Lots of nice shoes for sale, looks like they do lots of shoe repair here too.

Do **not** not resole your climbing shoes here. This was my result:

- The rubber they use has poor grip.
- The soles are much too thick, so you can't feel the foothold.
- The rand is spot-patched instead of replaced.
- They took about twice as long to do the work than estimated.
- Their pricing is about the same as other services that do much better work.

I could not be happier with the team at Cobblers Rack. With no repair available in Kamloops, I dropped off my Glerups and an old pair of Wool and leather slippers from the Sunshine Coast. The repairs are high quality, and were completed promptly. They even popped them in the mail for a small fee so my lovely slippers were awaiting me after my holiday. Highly recommend.

The strap on my Mom's leather purse came unstitched so we decided to pop in, they were awesome!! The guy stitched it up while she waited, took no time at all. She was very happy with the service from the lady at the counter as well.
